Obtendrás una gran cantidad de conocimientos de alguien que nació, se crió y aún vive en la comunidad donde se realiza el recorrido, con 17 años de experiencia brindando recorridos. Experimentarás ambos lados de la comunidad donde tuvo lugar el conflicto, un recorrido imparcial y muchos murales coloridos que representan las luchas a lo largo del camino, donde podrás firmar el famoso muro de la paz y tendrás muchas oportunidades para tomar fotografías. Este recorrido es una gran experiencia para toda la familia y te llevará de regreso al pasado hasta el día de hoy. El recorrido es de 90 minutos de historia, aprendizaje y mucha "craic" (risas) a lo largo del camino.

Cuando su guía turístico en taxi de Belfast lo recoja, lo llevará por la famosa Belfast Falls Road, que es el lado católico de la comunidad, y la famosa Belfast Shankill Road, que es el lado protestante de la comunidad. Su guía turístico en taxi le explicará el conflicto en detalle de principio a fin mientras lo conduce por ambas comunidades. También detendrá el taxi en ciertos murales para que pueda tomar fotografías y verlos de primera mano. En el camino, su guía turístico se detendrá en el famoso Muro de la Paz de Belfast, y tendrá la oportunidad de escribir su nombre / su mensaje en la pared. I can’t recommend this tour highly enough. Diarmaid was an exceptional host and driver. So knowledgeable, so passionate and so friendly. The places he took me too and the information he gave was not just fascinating but also balanced, taking into account all sides of The Troubles without bias. The craic was top class as well. 10/10.

Diarmaid was our guide for the experience. He grew up in the community and lives there still so the perspectives are real. We traveled Shankill and Falls areas through gates and along the peace walls. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Our guide and driver Diarmaid was brilliant. We were met at the pick up location on time and immediately felt we were in for a good trip. Diarmaids knowledge and craic were brilliant. His own personal family stories and experiences really made our trip special and by the end we felt as though we knew his family ! He brought lots of humour to a very serious subject and gave a well balanced truthful account of the troubles from both sides. Diarmaid was happy to answer all of our questions without making us feel rushed. We really appreciated the refreshments and the way he looked after us. Great value for money and highly recommend this tour. Don’t hesitate to book with Diarmaid you will not be disappointed!

This was one of the best tours I have ever had. My understanding of the troubles is much clearer. Caorlen(sorry if I misspelled it) was very knowledgeable as he was born, raised and still lives in the area. His patience in answering questions was appreciated. Since it was a private tour, I received personal attention and more extensive clarifications of the events that took place. I recommend this tour and Caorlen as guide. (I still think about the mural of the guns on the memorial to Stevie McKeag following me around the site!)

My guide Diarmaid was excellent! The tour was very interesting and Diarmaid has a great way of explaining and I would highly recommend him. Very passionate about the subject and good craic too. This company is run by local guides from the area, who lived through the Troubles and information and stories are first hand.

Just come back from a wonderfully informative 1 hour with Diarmaid. Although I am from England I am of that generation who grew up watching the troubles from our tv sets. You can read articles and watch things on YouTube but there is nothing like actually seeing the areas, the murals and walls especially with a local who grew up in those times. Cannot recommend this tour enough and Diarmaid.
