Tour guiado de buceo para principiantes: no se requiere experiencia

We had the activity at 10:00 AM and at 8:00 AM they told me it was canceled. The reason they gave me is that an instructor got sick (I have seen another comment with this excuse). They left us without an activity and did not give me a solution. If you don't want to take a chance, I would look for something else.

We had an awesome time. It was super cool and we got to see lots of fish down there. Our guide Luke was amazing. Extremely nice, and helpful. Always kept making sure we were good. We did a private tour and highly recommend. It was the highlight of our trip.

Scammers!!! Do not buy this tour Me and my partner and I bought two tickets for this tour. We showed up to the site 30 min before, and no one showed up. When we called their shop, they asked us if nobody called us to let us know that they changed it to a different location, and that is too far. Obviously, nobody told us. They refunded one of our tickets and told us we can come tomorrow, which is today, and then again 40 minutes before the tour, they canceled again. Please don’t waste your trip like we did. Don’t book with them !!!

They canceled on me and my partner without telling us. We showed up to the beach, and they weren’t showing up. We called them, and they said they were truly sorry and we could do it instead tomorrow, which is today. Then again today, they canceled on us with a different excuse. Yesterday, it was that they changed location (they just oversold their other tours, so they canceled the cheap ones ) Today, they canceled because of an “accident.” Anyway if you’re coming on a trip to rincon . Save yourself the time and don’t book their scuba diving don’t do the mistake we did…

Luke was fantastic! It was my and my daughter’s first time scuba diving and he walked us through everything. All the safety instructions were as crystal clear as the gorgeous water! We had a great time diving and seeing the sealife. Absolutely recommend it, it was my daughter’s favorite excursion on our trip.

At the very last moment—about an hour before the session, when I was already on my way—they called and canceled, citing the weather. The weather seemed perfect. Over the phone, they promised to start the refund the same day. The next day, when I asked for confirmation that the request had been made, they said they would call the platform to ask for confirmation. I asked to keep me posted, but after a few days, haven’t heard back. As of now, there has been no follow-up or formal indication that the refund has been initiated or requested.

Five stars!!! Unforgettable experience. It was our first time scuba diving but our guide/instructor was kind, patient and very knowledgeable. I was expecting a group experience but was pleasantly surprised to find out the tour guide was just for me and my husband. There was no rush and the experience felt very organic and not one I’ll ever forget! Thank you so much 413 Divers, I have discovered a new passion! Would recommend 100 times to try when in PR :-)

Very informative, great customer service. Always checked in on us to make sure we were ok. Beautiful coral reef, lots of fish. We got to see so much! Was an amazing experience I would recommend to everyone!! Super clear waters

We had Asher and he was a great instructor. Made my girlfriend feel comfortable and was very knowledgeable and patient. He also took GoPro videos and pictures.
