The tickets provided by our agency come from the official ticket office of St. Peter’s Basilica and are original. All tickets are issued on A4 sheets and include a QR code, the full name of the visitors, the booking date, and the scheduled entrance time. We are sorry if, in your case, the assistance provided did not feel sufficient, and we will review this internally. As the service and arrangements were provided, a refund could not be offered in this case.
