Don't book your bag here if you have things to do, they dont open til 9am...thats not enough time to join most tours.
All right. Uncomplicated handling, suitcases were placed in adjacent room of an office. Drop-off point Could be better marked
The online booking process was very easy, the address was communicated right after payment. I've easily found the spot, had great communication with the employees there, left luggage for 4 hours, took them back with no problems. Great experience all in all.
Ideal, central location and great staff. Would definitely use again. Saves lugging your suitcases and bags around the city.
Easy to find, simple to use. Staff were very friendly. They allowed us to use the restroom and offered for us to bring our son in to get cleaned up when he was covered in gelato! Was great to be able to explore without hauling our cases with us. Would recommend.
We recently used Stasher in Barcelona for a layover and we were thoroughly impressed with the experience. The site provided all of the necessary reviews and an estimate of the location, which was very accurate. After booking, we received clear instructions on how to find the exact location, making the process seamless. We felt completely safe leaving all of our valuable belongings there, and the cost was a mere 1/4 of what it would have been to leave them at the airport. Highly recommend this service for anyone needing a secure and affordable luggage storage solution. It made it possible for us to go into the city center and enjoy a night out without weighing us down during a layover. We will definitely be using Stasher again!
Very convenient. The business is new to Stasher but very quickly figured out the drop off and also the return. Reasonable price and convenient. We left a massive bike box for 4 weeks. Worked well.
Service and insurance is separate. 20€ for storing three packages. Backpack counts as suitcase although not being in lockers is worth any size.
Excellent communication about what to do and where to drop off. Close to the train station. Staff were helpful and friendly and I felt safe and comfortable leaving my luggage. Will definitely use again when I got back to Barcelona
Everything went well. But the truth is we left our luggage in a convenience store (COALIMENT) and no one asked for our ID. We just showed the e-mail of the reservation and they kept our bags. No one took note of our names or ID. We left hoping that everything would be fine. When we went Back to get our things, nobody asked who we were and they just delivered our bags no questions asked. We think that it has to get better in terms of security. Fortunetely everything turned out ok. Thank you
