Wonderful tour with our tour guide Giftsy! She and our driver, Mr. Sunshine were lovely in so many ways. Very knowledgeable and fun!
Bravo Indochina Tours exceeded all my expectations, making my recent trip an absolute delight. Right from the initial call, Toni demonstrated a deep understanding of travel intricacies, offering insightful suggestions and tailoring the itinerary to my preferences. His expertise shone through as he crafted a seamless journey that showcased the best of Thailand. Toni's commitment to providing excellent service was evident at every step. He went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of the trip, from accommodation to transportation, was not just convenient but truly enjoyable. His attention to detail and willingness to address any concerns made me feel confident and cared for throughout the entire experience.
Last month, we embarked on a tailored tour with Bravo Indochina Tours, and it was a wonderful three days. The private tour was customized to our preferences, which we had discussed with Mr. Chob beforehand, focusing on the floating and train markets and a tour of Bangkok's temples. With our 4-year-old daughter in tow, we wanted the flexibility to choose and prioritize our activities. Our tour guide, the amazing and kind Ms. Aom, made our experience truly exceptional. She displayed remarkable patience and efficiently guided us through all the sites, ensuring we made the most of our time. Additionally, our driver was friendly and punctual, contributing to the overall smoothness of our journey. Both Ms. Aom and the driver went above and beyond to accommodate our wishes, especially considering our daughter, and it made for a fantastic day! We wholeheartedly recommend Bravo Indochina Tours.
For over four decades, five college friends who have scattered across the globe have made it a tradition to come together annually with their families. This year, they chose Thailand as their destination. One of the friends reached out to Bravo Thailand to organize and oversee the trip. Every aspect of the journey was meticulously planned, tailored to their preferences, and seamlessly adjusted as needed. From dynamic additions to modifications on the fly, the group enjoyed excellent service throughout their day tours. Mr. Rana and Ms. May deserve immense gratitude for their coordination, meticulous arrangements, and swift responses to any inquiries or support required during the entirety of the trip. The group unanimously expresses their utmost satisfaction with the trip.
During our research for potential sightseeing venues in Thailand for our holiday destination, we stumbled upon this company via YouTube. From our initial phone call, Harley proved to be incredibly supportive and cooperative. He tailored everything according to our timeframe, and the arrangements were impeccable. We experienced no discomfort with any of his arrangements. Upon arriving in Thailand, we had the pleasure of meeting Harley and Bobby, who warmly welcomed us. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with them. To aspiring travelers planning a trip to Thailand, we wholeheartedly recommend trusting and choosing DMC without hesitation.
We reached out to Harley to arrange various packages and services through Bravo Thailand as we embarked on a journey from North Thailand to South Thailand. Harley came highly recommended by the ""Distance Between"" YouTube Channel, and Bravo Thailand's offerings appeared exceptionally appealing to us. Once we secured our bookings, the entire trip unfolded seamlessly. From airport pickups to hotel transfers, traveling between cities, and every tour we embarked upon, the Discover Thailand team ensured a hassle-free experience. Everything operated like clockwork, and our itinerary was flawlessly executed. The island tours to James Bond Island, Phi Phi Island, the 7 Island tour in Krabi, the Chayo Praya Night Cruise, visits to the Tiger Park and Safari World, as well as the Alcazar Show and Magic of Carnival Show, stood out as the major highlights of our journey. We wholeheartedly recommend Discover Thailand to anyone seeking a truly memorable experience in Thailand. Our heartfelt thanks go out to Harley and the entire team for crafting such an unforgettable adventure. Attached are a few photos from our cherished trip.
First of all, I would like to start by saying that the tour guides and driver we had the first two days of the tour were absolutely wonderful. Bird, Joe, and Cook from Avatar tour (or Avatar travel, I'm not entirely sure of the company name) were so nice and informative. However the third day was honestly quite horrible and ultimately what has led to me leaving this 2 star review, along with some other things. I would also like to state that this was actually the second time I've taken this tour. I went last year with a friend a enjoyed it so much that I decided to take my mom this time. 1. Breakfast - the description of the tour clearly states that the guest is to receive 2 breakfasts as part of the payment. It of course comes with the hotel that they book you into. We were barely able to get even one breakfast because the 2nd day of the tour we were picked up at 6:30am, which is the same time breakfast started. My mom, who is 71, tried to at least grab a pastry from the breakfast buffet and was yelled at my hotel staff. The 2nd day of the tour is visiting Ayutthaya and our tour guide didn't end up giving us lunch until 1:30pm and we'd been up since 5am. My mom got to the point where she nearly passed out. 2. lunches - when I took this tour last year with my friend, we had lunch covered every day and I very clearly remembered reading, when I originally booked this year's tour, that all the lunches would be covered but they were not and now the description has also changed to state 1 lunch. Only day 2, Ayutthaya, was covered. The rest of the time we had to fend for ourselves, which wouldn't be too bad except day 1, again, our tour guide had us go-go-going, that we really had no time to stop. It wasn't until we got to Temple of Dawn were he finally asked us if he could go eat, which we of course said yes cause we also needed the break and food. 3. Viator chat operator - after we returned back to our hotel on day 2, we asked our guide, Joe, when we were to be picked up for day 3, but he had no clue - nobody gave him the information. So I went through the viator (this tour is actually hosted by viator, which is a subsidiary of TripAdvisor) chat to message the operator at 3pm about pick up time and whether we could actually eat breakfast this time - got absolutely no response. I later attempted to call through the hotel phone line but none of the phone numbers worked because the hotel could not dial international numbers and there was no local number provided. Finally, at 8pm, I messaged through the chat again and got a response that our pick up time would be at 7:30am. 4. All of day 3 - after getting ready the next day, we go down to eat around 7:15 and while checking out, I'm told that the driver is already there to pick us up. I was specifically told 7:30 so I said we're going to eat first. Later the driver and front desk staff came over while we're eating to tell us that we were supposed to be picked up at 7am not 7:30 and at this point, I was done. I told them again we were told 7:30 and we will finish at 7:30. At precisely 7:30 the driver comes again and hands me his phone where a very rude person proceeds to tell me (in a semi-yelling voice) that we were supposed to be ready at 7 and there are other people to be picked up. I finally yelled back that I was told 7:30, we are finishing our food now and will be leaving. I later discovered the person on the phone was our tour guide. Also there were supposed to be 3 stops on day 3 but we only went to 2, the floating market and the railroad, we didn't see Wat Bang Kung. 5. private tour - last year, day 1 and day 3 of this tour was a private tour. My friend and I had our own guide and driver and could take the tour at our own pace. Only the trip to Ayutthaya is combined with other tourists which makes sense. This time we only had day 1 to ourselves and had day 3 with another traveler. I honestly don't mind this but would appreciate it if we had been informed ahead of time - also the site again clearly states that it's a private tour and we would be traveling on our own. I understand this year is a huge boom in tourism so scheduling everybody is difficult but just keeping us informed would be nice. 6. The hotel - the hotel was okay, except the fridge was broken, as well as the bathroom door. We were so tired the first day that we went right to sleep, so we didn't notice these problems until the second day. Maintenance almost tried to get us to switch rooms but they eventually got the fridge fixed and we just decided to deal with the bathroom door for one more night. The staff was nice except the one lady who yelled at my mom for grabbing a pastry. Overall, I'm disappointed in how this tour turned out. I had such a great time last year and was excited to share it with my mom but it was kind of a bust. Like I said before, Joe, Bird, and Cook of avatar tours were wonderful and I'll book with them directly, but I won't be using Bravo Indochina Tours again.
I took 3 Day Bangkok and Ayutthaya 1-Airport pick and drop-Excellent 2-Hotel excellent location , it was 4 star hotel. Comfortable beds, close to Terminal 21 Mall , only 5 minutes walk. 3-Food was good 4-Guide very informative specially Giftsy . 5-Tour coach was good 6- Mr Tony was quick response to provide support and answer any clarification you have. 7- Tour was very economically and worth of each penny. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND TOUR. 1- Complete Bangkok's main highlights in only 1 day by exploring the Grand Palace, the Emerald Buddha Temple, Wat Pho,Wat Arun. 2- Damnoen Saduak Floating Market and MaeKlong Railway Market 3-Ayutthaya, Wat Lokayasutha. This temple is known for its giant reclining Buddha image, one of the few structures remaining intact here.Your next stop is Wat Phra Sri Sanphet, being part of the royal palace complex this is where royalty performed rituals. It is considered the most important temple of Ayutthaya. Then, visit Wat Mahathat Ayutthaya. One of the oldest and most significant temples in the history of Ayutthaya, it once housed the Buddha's holy relic. Admire the famous Buddha head entwined within the roots of a Bodhi tree.
I traveled with my friend. We enjoyed the tour guide’s explanation about what we were seeing. The care that was given to our needs; food, bathrooms and air conditioning made the trip much more enjoyable.
I booked this company for 15 days solo. This company took care of all of the hotels and transportation throughout Thailand. I never had to book anything myself. If want to see the best Thailand had to offer, Bravo will lead you the way!
