Guide was very good but difficult to hear as her microphone was playing up. Made some homes English was okay but could be a little better. Difficult to understand. But hey I don’t talk Thai. So really I can’t complain. Overall good trip
Guide lookmoo was lovely and really went into detail and made everyone laugh and comfortable , would definitely recommend going.

Jacky was amazing! He explained all the history behind the temples and was really thorough. Highly recommend.
We appreciate your 5-star review and are thrilled to know that you had such a positive experience with us.
Unfortunately we didnt make the trip as we were stuck in traffic with taxi, called company to say we were running late they didnt wait. Were told we missed the boat by 5mins, then guide messaged later asking where we were apparently we could've travelled and joined tour later, this wasnt explained to us so we completely missed out which was very disappointing. We also asked if we could join tour another day or get a refund they wouldnt offer either.
We’re sorry the traffic delayed your arrival and that the guide didn’t clearly communicate the timing policy ahead of time. It’s important to us that guests know their travel plans are flexible — especially when unexpected delays happen. Next time, we’ll make sure to confirm arrival windows with each guide before departure so you won’t miss out again.
This experience is a hidden gem! A canal tour shows you Bangkok from a completely different perspective. One of the absolute highlights is passing by the massive Golden Buddha sitting majestically by the water—it’s a breathtaking sight that you can only truly appreciate from a boat. The tour makes several stops, and the areas surrounding the temple are packed with fantastic local markets and food stalls. It’s the perfect opportunity to hop off and enjoy some authentic street food. While the canals are busy with boats, you’ll also see the "official supervisors" of the water: large Thai Water Monitors basking on the banks. It’s an incredible mix of spirituality, local life, and nature. Highly recommended!

Glad you enjoyed the Bangkok: 3-Hour Longtail Boat Canal Tour to Big Buddha & Wat Arun with us! Our guide Lee clearly made a great impression with his friendly and informative approach, and we're happy to hear he helped create wonderful memories for you. We're grateful for reviews like yours that help us share the magic of our tours!
Having booked the small group tour for 6 people, I personally expected that we will be alone on the boat. I was quite surprised to find out that the small group consisted of 13 people. The long tail boat ride was fun, although it drives on dirty, run down and partially industrial canals. Unfortunately nothing to see of those iconic canal rides where you float towards the big Buddha statue to take an iconic picture. Arrived at the Wat Paknam Phasi Charoen temple, the guide told us that we only have 30 minutes for this temple (although advertisement said 1 hour). Our group went to the restroom first, while the tour guide went on with the other tour customers, so that we didn't have a guided tour, but explored the temple by ourselves. When parts of our group wanted to visit the emerald-glass pagoda, the tour guide told us that there was no more time left and that we had to go to the next temple now. Arrived at the Wat Arun temple, we were told that we were not driving back in the long tail boat, but were going back by ferry. Wait what?

Great experience on the canal tour. We went through the canals, to Wat Paknam and through Khlong Bang Luang, finishing at Wat Arun. Nina was a great guide. She speaks great English and is very knowledgeable. Highly recommended if you ant to see lesser known parts of Bangkok, specifically around Thonburi.
