The event was a terrific experience for the family. Entertainment and visuals were great. It was my wife’s birthday and initially they forgot to provide the complimentary cake we requested, but the manager made it right and we all had a fabulous time. Would definitely recommend it. The only reason this was not a five-star review is because before the evening even concluded, staff were asking my wife to scan their QR badges to provide reviews for their service. This should have been done after the event had concluded and not during. It was her birthday and I had to politely ask the staff member to stop and leave her alone.

Great cruise. Check in at the counter was quick and easy. We had great seats on the upper deck. The food was great, the entertainment was great. They had a live band with vocals singing songs from all genres and all eras. My only complaint is that there was a bit of pushing and cutting in with everyone trying to get a space around the food tables. They need to have a more orderly system of everyone accessing the buffet.
