Elija el servicio VIP para asistencia en reuniones en el puente aéreo cuando esté permitido, o el servicio estándar con un punto de encuentro confirmado en el aeropuerto cerca del área de inmigración. El servicio ayuda a los viajeros a moverse a través del proceso de llegada con una guía más clara y menos estrés, especialmente después de un vuelo internacional largo. Este es un servicio de asistencia aeroportuaria solamente. Los servicios de transporte, acceso a la sala VIP y visado no están incluidos a menos que se seleccione claramente como complemento.

Ofrecemos dos opciones para el servicio de llegada: Servicio VIP: Reúnase en el puente aéreo frente al avión, o en la sala de llegadas si llega por la puerta del autobús. Servicio estándar: Debes caminar hasta el punto de encuentro frente a la puerta D5, frente al Área de Inmigración.

- El titular del pasaporte de Myanmar, Laos y Camboya no puede utilizar este servicio. Si ha reservado, tenga en cuenta que no se realizará ningún reembolso
- Este servicio debe reservarse al menos 24 horas antes de la hora de vuelo programada real.
- El número de vuelo, la fecha y la hora deben coincidir con el vuelo real. No se permite seleccionar una hora de servicio posterior para pasar el límite de reserva.
- Los cambios son válidos solo después de la confirmación por escrito de nuestro equipo. Los detalles incorrectos o no confirmados del vuelo pueden resultar en ningún servicio y ningún reembolso.
- Cargo por servicio adicional de 1000 THB por perro, sin impuestos

We booked it because we werent sure if we can make it through immigration. but in the transit immigration there was no one waiting. i guess we are lucky but i'm glas that we booked it anyways :) The guy waiting and escorting us was a really nice experience :) thank you
Best money spent. The plane arrived 30 minutes early and the staff member was waiting for us. We saw the huge Queues others were standing in and we breezed past all that waiting.

Maybe it was a mix up but no one there at the arrival gate to pick me up and transfer to next flight so disappointed
We were met straight off the plane, walked to the separate immigration section for fast track, straight through no queuing. Had to wait for bags to arrive though so didn’t really save us time but we didn’t queue in immigration. People were filtering through from immigration before the bags arrived so it’s a gamble to use the service or not. On this occasion I don’t think it was worth it but has there been a massive queue then it would of so as I say it’s a gamble. No problems with the service itself but I do think it’s very costly for what it is.

The service basically walked us from the plane and to the immigration at Bangkok airways. No fast track or vip. Rather a waste of money for this trip.i Am afraid
