Se exhibirá un letrero con el nombre del cliente en una barandilla en la sala de llegadas entre las puertas n.º 3 y n.º 4. Después de recoger el equipaje y pasar la aduana, se solicita a los visitantes entrantes que hayan reservado este servicio de traslado que se dirijan inmediatamente a este lugar. Aquí se encontrarán con su Representante quien los acompañará hasta el vehículo. (Se requiere la presentación de la confirmación de la reserva y una identificación con foto a cambio de esta actividad. Los conductores esperan un máximo de 1,5 horas después de la llegada del vuelo). Nuestros Representantes y Conductores estarán esperando en el aeropuerto de acuerdo con el Número de Vuelo y Fecha recibidos en la Reserva. Ocasionalmente ocurren retrasos en los vuelos, por lo que verifican constantemente si hay retrasos o cambios de horario para garantizar que nuestros valiosos clientes sean recibidos en los lugares designados en consecuencia. Es importante tener en cuenta que si se cambia el número de vuelo o la fecha, es responsabilidad del pasajero informarnos los nuevos detalles. (Ninguna aerolínea nos proporciona manifiestos de pasajeros de vuelo para verificar si hay una persona a bordo o no). Hoteles: lo recogeremos del lobby de su hotel para su salida al aeropuerto de Bangkok.

The only way to arrive in Bangkok! After a long flight, the last thing you want is to navigate the taxi queue chaos. Our local driver was waiting exactly where the instructions said with a clear name sign. The car was a high-end, spotlessly clean sedan with ice-cold AC—a lifesaver in the Bangkok heat. I waited over an hour for my transfer and when they finally came, he didn’t have my name. It was a disaster.

Its your responsibility to tell us that your flight number changed but you did not and we had to arrange a new car for you on the spot. When we arrived in Bangkok at 1:00am the Viatour representative was waiting for us. The instructions given to us before traveling, we’re very clear. Its a good experience from Bankok airport and the driver is very kind and helpful. He kept us company and make sure that we dont get hot and bored as we had to make a write a report as we missed one luggage. The guide who met us was so helpful translating with Thai Airways staff.
