En pequeños grupos de hasta 8 invitados exclusivos, nuestros apasionados guías gastronómicos le llevarán en un viaje por los callejones de Yaowarat, el barrio chino de Bangkok. Delicious food tour of Bangkok's Chinatown. All of the 15 dishes that we tried were excellent. Definitely come hungry. Guide was wonderful and the group was really fun. Highly recommended.
Amazing experience. Great food, excellent tour guide, and a great opportunity to meet people and experience delicious street food. We had two tour guides. Give us a We had two tour guides give us an extensive tour of Bangkok Chinatown district. We visited about seven different establishments and tasted 16 different types of food. I got so full so it’s best to pace yourself. I also met some great people on the tour from all over the world. All in all, this experience is well worth the price, delicious and lots of fun.
We did this backstreet food tour the evening we arrived in Bangkok. Despite our jet lag, fatigue and pouring rain, it was the best experience to kick off our visit to Thailand. We had 3 kids (ages 8-12) in tow and everyone enjoyed it immensely! Our guides Tao and Mikey made it such a fun experience with lots of laughs! My only advice is go very hungry! We tried more than 16 street foods and not just one or 2 bites! There is no way we would have found the best places (including Michelin star spots) without our guides! They made sure we had everything we needed including an endless amount of bottled water. They seemed ready to accommodate any allergies or intolerances (as we noted from others in the group's needs) as well as making sure our kids had options of everything "mai phet" with just a little spice. The pace was great and even in the rain this was an unforgettable night! Don't hesitate...book now!
This was such a great tour. Our guide Ant was gorgeous, friendly and informative. We tried so many things - food stalls I would never have found, delicacies I would never have dared to try. We returned to one of the places the very next night! One warning: go hungry. There is a lot of delicious food. Eat it all!!!!
This tour came highly recommended and it didn’t disappoint. From meeting to goodbye, the experience was seamless. Tack guided us through all the dishes with knowledge and humour. Whilst Millet ensured smooth running from place to place. Even the downpour didn’t stop her from bringing the last dishes to us to enjoy indoors! And it wasn’t just a culinary adventure but a tour in and around the hustle and bustle of Chinatown, safely and timely. Went back to hotel sated and content. Nothing like food to bring people together.
What a find! Jonny was a fantastic tour guide. There were 9 on the tour & we all had the best time eating 15 different dishes in the Chinatown area. A must to do!!! Plenty of different food styles. Easy walking. Even went to Michelin cafes!
This was one of our teenager's favorite experiences in our Asia trip, and I would agree with their assessment! It's very professionally done, and we left with very full bellys and very happy. There's a wide variety of foods that you get on the tour, and our guide was fantastic. Also if like me you're a bit nervous from a food safety standpoint about eating street food, this has a lot of street food stands, but you're guaranteed it's high turnover and has good sanitation practices since there's so many tours that go through it, so it's actually a great way to feel safe about trying street food. That said, it's a very optimized tour so at every stop there's a bunch of other tourists with you too. But there's also locals as well, and the places they visit are generally highly rated, so can't fault them for trying to maximize the throughput. Just realize it's not like you're discovering some unknown tourist secret. I'd definitely recommend it though and it's worthy of the high rating it has on Tripadvisor.
This food tour is amazing. More than 15 tastings. We were taken to many hidden gem spots, ate delicious foods, Tak the guide was excellent and his helper (ninja) who was making sure all our meals and restaurant visits are running smoothly was great as well.
We had a fabulous evening that will surely be talked about for years to come. Thank you to Bui and her team for navigating a busy, busy holiday evening to help give our group an amazing experience.
It was a fantastic tour, very insightful on the history and the cuisine. So much variations and every single one was delicious. Make sure to come with an empty stomach.
