Descubra el alma cultural de Bali en nuestro popular viaje turístico de Ubud, diseñado para brindarle una experiencia de vacaciones emocionante e inolvidable. Su viaje comienza con una conveniente recogida de su hotel / villa, seguido de una visita a la caminata de Campuhan Ridge, un sendero panorámico y una visita obligatoria cuando visite Ubud. A continuación, exploraremos el Santuario del Bosque Sagrado del Mono, veremos macacos grises en su hábitat natural entre templos y selva. Luego continuamos hacia la emblemática terraza de arroz de Tegalalang, explorando los famosos y hermosos arrozales. Se sirve un delicioso almuerzo en un restaurante de Ubud. Escondido detrás de los hoteles de la calle principal de Ubud, encontrará el hermoso Campuhan Ridge Walk, una visita obligada cuando visite la ciudad de Ubud. El camino, bastante corto, pero muy gratificante, te llevará arriba y abajo por una colina a lo largo de campos de arroz y palmeras, un lugar perfecto para escapar del ajetreo y el bullicio de Ubud.
Ubud Monkey Forest ocupa 27 exuberantes y verdes acres en el extremo inferior de Jalan Monkey Forest en el pueblo de Padangtegal. El hogar de más de 400 macacos de cola larga (Macaca fascicularis), que se dividen en 4 grupos que ocupan diferentes áreas del parque, es un importante sitio cultural y espiritual que recibe a más de 10,000 visitantes cada mes. Terraza de arroz de Tegalalang que, según la historia, fue transmitida por un hombre santo venerado llamado Rsi Markandeya en el siglo VIII. Tegalalang forma los tres paisajes más espléndidos de la región compartida de Ubud, mientras que los otros se encuentran en las aldeas de Pejeng y Campuhan. El sitio sirve como un escenario legendario de un cuento tradicional sobre el bien contra el mal, también es un sitio de patrimonio cultural nacional. El complejo construido en el año 960 dC es también un testigo mudo de los años del antiguo reino balinés, particularmente en la época de la dinastía Warmadewa.
El templo de Goa Gajah es un sitio arqueológico de gran valor histórico que lo convierte en un lugar especial para visitar. Ubicado en el fresco borde occidental de Bedulu Village, a seis kilómetros del centro de Ubud, no necesita más de una hora para descender a su patio lleno de reliquias y ver las tallas en las paredes de roca, una cueva de meditación central, piscinas y fuentes. Guide was basically a taxi driver. We learned very little from him. Traffic was terrible. Experience would have been very different with a qualified guide.

We had the pleasure of spending the day with Wayan Balik as our private driver. He spoke very good English and was very knowledgeable about the areas we visited. The guide was great, but some of the sights visited were not interesting (Temples) and the lunch menu not consistent or diverse.

This trip hit all the highlights. The waterfall and rice terraces were very Balinese though a bit commercialized. Hari, our driver, was a master at logistics. Our lunch stop near the terraces was one of the restaurants we ate at for ambiance. And he knew the best order of sights to minimize crowds.

Our new friend Ketut showed us around Ubud. We visited the Monkey Forest, Aloha Ubud swing, the teglagan rice terrace, dined at a beautiful restaurant, went to the temple in Ubud. All along the way, Ketut shared with us wonderful history of Bali, as well as his family. I highly recommend booking with Ketut and experience his knowledge of beautiful Bali.

All the sights and experiences were out of this world. Being our first time in Bali this has been such an amazing experience. Additionally our driver Ketut Putra was awesome. I'd recommend him to anyone who doesn't know anything about the island and needs help figuring out what you want to do on your vacation.
