Partiendo de su punto de encuentro, viajamos a través del bulevar Ponta Delgada Ocean Boulevard en nuestro camino a la primera parada en Vista do Rei.
VISTA do REI donde tendrá la oportunidad de admirar una de las postales panorámicas más conocidas de las Islas Azores, la vista de arriba de los Lagos Verde y Azul de Sete Cidades. La magnífica vista de la isla segundo cráter volcánico más grande con 5 km de diámetro. Conozca el histórico hotel abandonado en la cima de la montaña que estuvo abierto durante solo 18 meses.
Descenso al tranquilo y hermoso pueblo de Sete Cidades, una breve parada en el puente entre los lagos antes de llegar al centro ubicado en el fondo del enorme cráter volcánico. Tiempo para tomar un café y caminar por el centro del pueblo y disfrutar de un rato a orillas del lago Azul. Una oportunidad única para tener contacto directo con la gente local de este Paraíso en la Tierra.
En el camino de regreso a Ponta Delgada, una parada más en Pico do Carvão para disfrutar de una vista impresionante de la isla de S Miguel y tanto Norte como Sur al mismo tiempo. Escenario beatífico de la parte más baja y estrecha de la isla S Miguel con la Lagoa de Fogo de fondo. A partir de aquí aprenderemos sobre la formación de esta isla, y en un día despejado, es posible ver casi toda la longitud de la isla con Pico da vara, el punto más alto del horizonte
Volviendo a Ponta Delgada por un camino serpenteante, pasamos por los hermosos campos de hierba que proporcionan alimento natural para alimentar a nuestras más de 100.000 vacas blancas y negras. Al llegar a Ponta Delgada, visitaremos una plantación de piña para conocer este exclusivo proceso de cultivo de este Rey de los Frutos en un entorno especial, único en el mundo.

Andre was great! A perfect English speaker and very knowledgeable. We were a party of four and his clean and comfortable Mercedes van was very comfortable.
The meeting information was horrible. It had us going across the island 30 min to meet. When I tried to call or message the provider, I never received a response. Had to call viator and they were not much help also

We would like just to remind you the informstion you have on your ticket or displayed at the activity webpage "What's Included Free Pick up and Drop off at Your Hotel/Cruise Ship Terminal or Airport in Ponta Delgada In this case you didn't have to search us for 30 min in the city or be waiting for us since 1:00pm one your tour had a starting time at 2 pm. The only option was to meet us inside the cruise ship terminal where your ship docked, 1 min after exiting the ship's door. As you were dully informed, your guide was touring other clients in the morning period and, as you well understand, for safety reasons he is not allowed to asnwer phone calls while driving or guiding. As soon as it was possible, I personnally answered you call and informed you were we were, Inside the Terminal where you found us. We had an amazing private tour in the Azores and couldn’t have asked for a better guide. Rodrigo was incredibly knowledgeable about the island, its history, and all the local spots, and he shared so many interesting details throughout the day. He was attentive, friendly, and very generous with his time, making sure we never felt rushed and that we got to see everything we wanted. His enthusiasm and professionalism really made the experience special. You can tell he truly enjoys what he does, and it made the tour even more enjoyable for us. We can’t recommend this tour enough — it’s an absolute must-do when visiting the Azores!

Rafael met us immediately past security at the cruise terminal. He walked us to his Mercedes van parked 50 feet away. From that point on, he shared the love of his home with us. He did a great job taking us to all the places to see and was able to miss the busloads of tourists in each spot. It was a pleasant way to see the island in a leisurely way. Can't recommend this enough.

We spent a lovely afternoon with Mario. The van was comfortable and nice way to spend a day after several days of hiking. Mario was so informative and interesting! The views were breathtaking and surprises were welcome. We stopped off for a snack and rest and then finished with a visit to a pineapple farm. Completely unexpected! I highly recommend this tour.

Erik was a great guide and friendly with kids. He helped watch our little one and even entertained them at the many places we stopped. He grew up on the island with a long family history there so was great to talk to him about island life and what to explore. He knew alternatives for places to eat and places to take us.
