Furnas / Isla Este – “Gastronomía, Aguas Termales, Calderas y Fumaroles” Descubra una de las zonas volcánicas más emblemáticas de São Miguel, a menudo considerada el corazón del turismo azoriano. Explora la actividad volcánica de una de las zonas volcánicas más activas de la isla, con una historia eruptiva que se remonta a más de 100.000 años. Experimente el valle único de Furnas, conocido por su notable diversidad de aguas minerales y termales. Vea cómo los lugareños preparan el tradicional “cozido” de Azores utilizando el calor volcánico y visite una de las únicas plantaciones de té en Europa. Parada opcional : Jardín botánico Parque Terra Nostra y piscina termal (entrada no incluida). Esta visita depende del tiempo disponible y de la participación general del grupo el día del tour. Cuando su barco atraca en el Puerto Turístico: Los cruceros atracan en la terminal de cruceros de Ponta Delgada, al dejar el barco, pasará por la sala de seguridad llegando al hall de la terminal, aquí es donde nuestros guías locales le dan la bienvenida, sosteniendo un cartel con su nombre o un cartel con AZORES DREAM TOURS Si tenemos varios cruceros a la vez: Solo un barco puede atracar a la vez en el puerto turístico, en este caso el otro crucero atracará en el puerto comercial, deberá tomar el shuttle del puerto comercial y estaremos en el primera parada de la lanzadera de salida en la ciudad, con un cartel con nuestro nombre o un cartel con AZORES DREAM TOURS

This is the second time we have gone on this tour in three years. We really think it is a great tour and lots of fun and a wonderful way to see so much for a very short period of time. The guys are really making an effort to personalize the tour and give you information about the Island. I'd recommend it again -we thought Carlos was fabulous and we had such a fun time with him.

Great experience! A pleasurable tour with many fascinating things to see. My favorite was the Crater volcano and hot springs. Well worth the trip to visit a natural wonder and our tour company provided the opportunity and more.

Our operator skipped 3 of the stops on the tour. It was also only about 3:30 long and included approx 40 people. There was no customization only a bunch of driving in a bus. There were multiple complaints by those of us traveling but the operator just said the description wasn’t supposed to include that. Contacted Viator for a partial refund and they gave nothing. I will no longer use Viator since they don’t stand behind the tours they offer.

We signed up for a small group private tour and got stuck on a bus tour with more than 30 people. There were 5 stops scheduled we only made three of them. Definitely disappointed and very mislead by operator.

What we got of the tour was terrific. But we were promised a visit to the Parque Terra Nostra and we were told that it was not covered as part of the tour even though it clearly was. We chose this for the 3 highlights of tea plantation, Furnas (also never got to see where they cook the food) and hot springs. Very disappointed to be told things were included when they clearly were not.
