Very poor and dishonest company. No activities are included even though the website says 2 out of 4 are included. Don't waste your money. There is no white water rafting feeling. There was no party and no drinks were provided. All is fake information from this merchant.

It is clearly stated in the "inclusion and exclusion" section below the *"Availability"* (this is where you select the date and number of persons). This information is found at the same place on all of our products. We also explained to you that our shared tours includes the activities but our private tours do not since we do not wish to restrict our customers on a private tour where they are paying for the cost of a private vehicle with tour guide for up to 7-8 hours. Because it is a private tour where you are allowed up to 7-8 hours, you are allowed enough time to do up to 2 activities each at your own cost as stated in the *"Description"*. Based on our records, There were 6 messages that were sent to you on December 26th (day before the tour) using WhatsApp, and email that states "Please be reminded that cost for the activities are not included in the price. Each activity is an additional US$40 per person". You admitted receiving the messages with your pickup time, etc. These messages were screenshot and sent to you as evidence, which you acknowledge but never disputed. We even sent you the link to go back where you booked the tour, for you to see that the information is there but you missed it. We understand your frustration, however, we did all that we could to pull your attention to the activity cost. The information is at the top of the page where it should have been most visible. Such a cool experience!! Our tour guide was Travis and he was great vibes!! Even tho the water was cold Iol I Highly recommend this excursion
Davian was awesome, he took great care of use, he was very polite and put safe first while making the trip fun.
