Regarding the snorkeling portion, the tour description explains that snorkeling takes place in open water and guests are expected to be comfortable swimming. Turtle sightings are never guaranteed and may require swimming varying distances depending on conditions and where the turtles are located that day. As for timing and transportation, taxi fares are set by independent taxi operators and are not included in the cost of the excursion. Guests are encouraged to review tour durations and plan their schedules accordingly when visiting Aruba. We take all feedback seriously and will review your comments regarding the boat ladder and overall experience with our team.

We would like to clarify several inaccuracies in your account of the excursion. The ladder on the boat was not broken. It is a standard boarding ladder for a small private boat and was fully functional during the tour. This is not a large catamaran with oversized swim platforms and staircases, but rather a private boat designed for a more intimate experience on the water. The hatch door you referenced was also not broken. It is located near the captain’s area and can move while underway, which is normal for this type of vessel. Your booking included bottled water, which was provided. Alcoholic beverages and additional drinks were not included in the package you reserved. Captain Rich regularly uses his phone during tours for navigation, weather monitoring, communication, and taking complimentary photos for guests. At no point was guest safety compromised. We also note that your group requested to return early. Captain Rich offered to remain out longer and complete the full duration of the excursion, but your group chose to end the trip before the scheduled conclusion. Most importantly, the claims that equipment was broken and that a rescue was required do not align with our records of the excursion. The boat completed the tour safely, and all guests returned without incident. While we respect your right to share your opinion, we believe this review misrepresents both the condition of the vessel and the experience that was provided.

We strongly disagree with this review. The alcohol that was booked for your private cruise was provided, and the tour took place as scheduled on the vessel shown at booking. Our team communicated the details clearly, and the excursion proceeded as planned. Labeling this experience as a “scam” is inaccurate—especially considering the cruise was completed on a well-maintained boat and the service booked was delivered. We take organization and guest satisfaction seriously and stand by our staff and the experience provided that day. We encourage future guests to review the many detailed and accurate reviews that reflect the quality of our tours.

We are truly disappointed to see this review, especially considering the full context of what happened. Our team contacted you in advance to inform you that we experienced an unexpected mechanical issue with our boat. Instead of risking your safety or taking you out on a vessel that was not functioning properly, we responsibly cancelled the trip and immediately worked to accommodate you with a trusted affiliated company. At no point were you asked to send us money via Zelle or Cash App. What was explained clearly is that the alternative company had a different rate, and any price difference would need to be paid directly to them, not to us. This is standard when switching to another operator with different pricing. Unfortunately, you declined the accommodation we arranged, and it is unfair and misleading to imply that this was a “scam.” We did everything in our power, ethically and professionally, to offer you a safe solution. As a small business, it’s disheartening to face harsh accusations when we made a responsible decision for your safety and attempted to assist you with an alternative. We stand by how this situation was handled.
