Raul, our tour guide, was great. He loved showing us all the wonders of the forest. I do not know how he saw so many animals. We saw sloths, a kinkajou, a red eyed frog, woodpecker, viper, tarantula!
Very bad experience with Dani of Olingo at booking an expedition. Tried to arrange for a nighttour and informed at Olingo directly as they ask you to do. Dani tried to rip us of for an extra couple of bucks. When I asked for explanation he became irritated, and even cancelled the tour we booked on their own website. So, if you want to do a tour with these guys, don't call them. Book at Tripadvisor or GyG. They get irritated so easily. We went for a wonderfull other experience with great biodiversity in the neighbourhood.

Daniel was a great guide, very friendly and with an amazing eye. We got to see lots of animals and he took very nice photos with our mobile phone. Also he knows a lot about the plants and animals and was able to answer all our questions. We felt really safe during our tour. Thanks Daniel, Pura Vida.

Danny our guide was knowledgeable. He was a little difficult to hear sometimes. We saw a sloth, tarantula, toucans, turkey, frogs, walking stick and a snake. Personally I was a little bored but my expectations may have been too high.

I booked a night tour with Daniel and it has been so far the highlight of my trip. We spotted many animals and Daniel was explaining a lot and knew the answer to every question. In addition, he would also take great photos of each and every animal the whole time - only can highly recommend the tour with Daniel!!

Top guide! At first a bit busy because of other groups, but he sought peace. Spotted a lot and can take beautiful pictures.

The night tour was one of the nicest activities we did in Monteverde. Dani is a great and funny guide ;) He takes the time to explain everything by knowing very well the nature of Monteverde and he makes sure his clients understand everything. We were very satisfied with this experience. I recommend the night tour (With Dani*) to anyone going to Monteverde.
