- El peso máximo para cualquier Ziptrek Ecotour es de 125 kg (275 lb). El Kea tour tiene un peso mínimo de 30 kg (66 lbs).
- Las entradas en góndola no están incluidas en el precio - recomendamos un mínimo de 60 minutos para acceder al complejo Skyline superior desde la terminal base, o al menos 90 minutos en horas punta
- Traiga una muda extra de ropa durante todo el año. Se recomiendan chaquetas, gorros y guantes. Se requiere calzado cerrado, es imprescindible (no se permiten sandalias, chanclas ni tacones)
- Antes de su llegada es obligatorio completar un Formulario de Consentimiento del Participante. El enlace web a este formulario estará dentro de su comprobante
- Los jóvenes menores de 14 años DEBEN ir acompañados de un adulto de pago (15 años o más) en el tour. Los menores de 17 años deben tener una exención firmada por uno de sus padres o tutores que tenga 18 años o más.
- Si usted o alguien de su grupo tiene una afección médica o una lesión reciente, comuníquenoslo. Las mujeres embarazadas no pueden ir de gira.
- No permitido para viajeros que excedan el límite de peso de 125 kg (275 lb)

Harry was the best !! Very fun and helpful...saftey conscience....loved our moring in the trees ! Eco info wasnt nesscessary...and a tad boting.
Such an awesome experience - even when travelling solo. The guides were knowledgeable, professional and bought enthusiasm and encouragement to n spades. Definately one of the best value for money experiences in Queenstown - worth every cent. I cannot wait to come back and do this with my family.
We did this with our kids and loved the experience. It was a cold day but the energy was high and kept us going. Really enjoyed all the information we received along the way and the challenges we happily agreed to do. It was thoroughly enjoyed and this was possible because of the lovely Sammy and Jacob who tag teamed so well and kept us engaged for the entire experience.
What an incredible experience! The staff were friendly, professional, and made us feel safe from start to finish. The zip lines were so much fun, and the views over Queenstown were absolutely breathtaking. A perfect mix of adventure and scenery—I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Queenstown!
Great adventure! We went on the basic zipline as we had a little one (6yrs) with us, but all of the family still enjoyed the 4 lines we used.
Danique and Shaz were excellent!! very funny & engaging but also very competent and safety conscious. Great family activity ( kids 11 & 17). Shame the gondola is not included in price.
We were blessed with glorious weather along with brilliant, funny, entertaining, safety conscious guides Sam and Devon. My daughter had a few issues with being afraid of heights, however they managed to calm and reassure her for the most amazing afternoon flying through the trees. We also thoroughly enjoyed the walk between lines 5 and 6. We highly recommend Ziptrek Ecotours!!

I had an amazing experience on the Kea 2-Line Tour with Ziptrek Ecotours in Queenstown. From the moment we started, the team made us feel welcome, safe, and confident. The guides were friendly, professional, and shared interesting facts about the native forest and the company's conservation efforts along the way. The ziplining itself was so much fun, and the views over Queenstown and Lake Whakatipu were absolutely breathtaking. It was the perfect mix of adventure, nature, and learning.
