Staff very personable. They only had doulble harness. not triple for myself and my two .daughters. We couldn’t not ride together,like we have done before.
It was a good experience and we enjoyed a lot . Only thing that I didn’t like was the time . It was very less it was nearly 5-6 mins in air which is very less compared to the money charged. And also the lady at the counter was rude and had a different attitude which was not helpful.
It's not as scary as it seems, a breath of fresh air, a whole lot of fun and would do it all over again

The actual parasailing was fine, but the customer service when checking in was so bad, Brittany Merrill was rude, and threw a fit because I was translating the iPad safety waiver for my dad who does not read English. He understands all of English, and can speak some. He was standing right next to me the entire time. To have someone act so aggressively and make a big deal over a basic language barrier is completely unacceptable. If you are a bilingual family or traveling with non English speakers, avoid Florida Parasail Co. because management does not treat tourists with basic human decency. I will never forgot how bad my dad was treated! I wasn’t even able to get in contact with any one to make a complaint.
It was great, don’t bother paying for the dips they only dip you once but other than that very fun and easy!!
We were so excited to take granddaughter and her friend parasailing but didnt get passed the awful customer service Brittany. We arrived before our boat time and wasn’t allowed to sign waivers the window was slammed in our face. They also refused to refund $540 I’ve been a travel agent for over 30 years traveled to more than 39 countries and have never been treated so poorly and in my own home town. Unable to reach the owner to even advise how we were treated.
Was great but for the price we paid should have been longer didn’t get open ocean like what we thought it was in a bay where water wasn’t clear and the 50 photos really equals to about 25 of the same shots
My family had the best time thanks again I had a group of 8 go ages 11-35 and they all had a great time even the ones that were scarred of heights still had a great time and they all said they would do it again
Parasailing on time. Kids enjoyed the experience and felt safe. Nice pictures but can improve. Not bad since we got an additional 10% discount from Viator site
