Huéspedes del hotel: Los huéspedes que se alojen en los hoteles serán recogidos fuera de la entrada principal del vestíbulo aproximadamente 15 minutos antes de su hora de aventura programada. Nuestro equipo llegará en una camioneta My Own Water Sports claramente marcada. Pasajeros de cruceros: Los huéspedes que lleguen en crucero deben reunirse con nuestro equipo frente a la salida del puerto, justo en frente de la tienda Blanco by Nature en Prince George Plaza, debajo del letrero de Fat Tuesdays aproximadamente 15 minutos antes de su hora de aventura programada. Nuestro equipo llegará en una camioneta My Own Water Sports claramente marcada. Los huéspedes deberán presentar un documento de identidad expedido por el gobierno.

I absolutely loved the experience. Tomeko was our driver, and he called the day before and the morning of to confirm our reservation. On the day of call, he made sure we knew exactly where to meet for the pick-up spot, and he told us his estimated arrival time, about 9:45am. I appreciated this because this was my first time in Nassau, so I had no frame of reference for anything. He found us with no problem, and he communicated to the team our delayed arrival due to traffic. When we arrived, he gave us clear instructions on where to go and told us he'd be waiting for us once we were done. We found Spaghetti (yes, that's what he was called LOL) and the other team members, and they gave us clear instructions on what to do and how to operate the jet ski. My daughter and I had a great time and would absolutely do it again with this company. My daughter was not ready to leave to return to the cruise ship, so Tomeko (our driver who works for this company) told us that we could stay at the beach for a while, and he would make sure we got back to the cruise port well before time. We were able to rent lounge chairs and an umbrella from the company, and we enjoyed time on the beach after our jet ski ride. We were ready to leave about 1:30pm, after having arrived around 10:20am, so we called Tomeko, and he came to get us to take us back to port. He suggested a local food place for a quick bite that was close to port (Blue Wave), and made sure we were good before dropping us off. I would use this company again, and I hope to get to see Spaghetti and Tomeko again. Everyone was extremely kind and welcoming.

Booked this for three 18 year olds. They LOVED IT. The workers were very accomodating and friendly. The boys didn't want to leave. Great communication for pick up and drop off

Good Experience cool people but you should have a timer with you I got on the jet ski got on for like 10-15 minutes and they told me to come back when I paid for 30 minutes

SCAMMERS . Late picking us up/ never showed up we had to call. Never got a chance to inspect it first. They made sure to separate the men in our group from the women while in the water to facilitate their scam. Afterwards Claimed their already beat up jetski was in a collision and demanded 350$ . Police got involved. If it was in a “ collision” they still allowed other guests to ride it and they never took photos. They ruined our cruise we missed our ship, we ended up in the police station for over 5 hours, US embassy got involved. Insulted us all as “ Black Americans” and the arrogant so called owner claimed he’s a millionaire and our business meant nothing. Of course he’s a millionaire he’s scamming everyone! Be careful they are shady and have made me hate the Bahamas we will never give them our American tourist money anymore. Which is 90% of their economy.

It was a good freestyle jet ski overall, with very nice people, but I would say the time was not fully met. They did say that as soon as you hit the water, the time started, but I feel like the time was shortened.
we got there past our time and they were nice enough to let us do the jetski 10/10 purchase the picture package it’s 50$ but the pics came out sooooo nice !

THIS IS THE WORST JETSKI EXPERIENCE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED DO NOTTTTTT BOOK HERE! The men over sexualize the women, they’re rude and will accuse you of damages on the jet skis which are already in very poor condition. They’re all corrupt and money hungry just looking for innocent tourists to get over on.
