Lugares y horarios de recogida
Si su hotel no aparece en la lista, significa que deberá dirigirse a un punto de encuentro designado. Infórmenos de su hotel para que nuestro representante pueda comunicarse con usted para confirmar el punto de encuentro y la hora de recogida. Ofrecemos dos horarios diferentes para su comodidad. El recojo del tour de la mañana para ZONA CANCÚN Y PLAYA DEL CARMEN es entre las 8:00 a 8:30 am, y para ZONA TULUM, es entre las 7:00 a 8:00 am. La llegada al parque está prevista para las 9:30 horas. Para el tour de mediodía el recojo para ZONA CANCÚN Y PLAYA DEL CARMEN es entre las 12:00 a 12:30 p.m., y para ZONA TULUM es entre las 11:00 a.m. a 12:00 p.m. La llegada al parque está prevista para las 13:30 horas. Tenga en cuenta que los horarios de recogida pueden variar según el hotel. Nuestro representante confirmará la hora exacta de recogida por correo electrónico o mensaje de texto. Para hoteles de Tulum y Airbnbs, el punto de encuentro designado es el Supermercado Super Aki Tulum en el centro. Tenga en cuenta los tiempos de transporte para su recogida y devolución.

- Los viajeros deben tener al menos un nivel de condición física medio
- En caso de que selecciones una zona diferente a la que se encuentra tu hotel, tu reserva deberá ser editada con la zona correcta (coste diferente) a través del motor de reservas.
- En caso de que alguien le ofrezca un ascenso de categoría plus antes de la fecha de su viaje, comuníquese con el departamento de atención al cliente.
- El seguro de cuatrimoto está incluido.
- Sólo los adultos mayores de 18 años pueden conducir su propio vehículo todo terreno. Los niños (menores de 17 años) deben estar acompañados por un adulto.
- Peso máximo 220 libras para montar a caballo, 300 libras para ATV y 270 libras para tirolinas
- Por medidas de seguridad, no se permite el uso de teléfonos celulares durante las actividades.
- Te recomendamos traer: cambio de ropa, toalla, zapatos cerrados, traje de baño, bloqueador solar y repelente biodegradable, lentes de sol y pañuelos para cuatrimotos.

We really enjoyed the cenote and the zip line was fun too. The ATV’s were fine, but we are used to riding our ATV’s all over the mountains so it wasn’t anything too different or exciting for us. If you don’t get to ride ATV’s often, you would probably enjoy it more. The food tasted wonderful, but there must have been something undercooked or spoiled in it because more than half of our group of 12 got sick the next day with symptoms consistent with food poisoning. That was the reason I gave it only 3 stars. Our guide was great and all the staff were great too.

We understand that are different experiences riding ATV's around the world,the ecosystem that you can find in the Riviera Maya is the jungle, where we offer to be in contact with the nature. The most important thing for us is the well being of our guests, so what you mention about the food will be given special follow-up since we have not had any other food related reports on our tour. Our chef follows the quality standards that are imposed for the handling of food, so we can assure you that the food that is served has all the measures of healthiness. The whole experience was awesome from beginning to end. Zip line, ATV, and cenote. The lunch that was served was awesome.

Zip line and Cenote. ATV’s not so much. The ATV’s were shabby and we just drove over a bunch of holes. Wasn’t the jungle experience I was expecting
