¡Prepárate para 2 horas de tour de pura aventura y adrenalina! Nuestra experiencia comienza en la finca privada La Naciente, a pocos minutos del centro de La Fortuna. Comenzamos recorriendo senderos fangosos, cruzando pequeños ríos y arroyos y conduciendo a través de charcos naturales, todos rodeados de hermosa selva tropical. El terreno es divertido y un poco desafiante, con baches, barro y caminos irregulares que hacen que el viaje sea emocionante. Antes de comenzar, damos una clara información de seguridad y hacemos un corto paseo de práctica para asegurarnos de que todos se sientan cómodos con los ATV. Luego, continuamos por los senderos principales de La Naciente, donde disfrutarás de más barro, giros y secciones aventureras mientras cabalgas por la naturaleza. A continuación, visitamos el pequeño pueblo de La Guaria, donde se puede ver la vida local, la iglesia y una tienda tradicional (pulpería). Continuamos por senderos abiertos hasta llegar al río Arenal (dependiendo de las condiciones climáticas), donde nos detenemos para tomar fotos, disfrutar de la vista y tomar un aperitivo de fruta fresca.

(30 minutos de servicio de recogida) Comenzamos nuestra experiencia recogiendo a los participantes del centro de La Fortuna y hoteles cercanos, lo que toma aproximadamente 30 minutos. Los huéspedes que lo prefieran también pueden llegar directamente a nuestra oficina de ATV Original Arenal.
(45 minutos granja privada y senderos de barro) Nuestro tour comienza en la finca privada La Naciente, a pocos minutos del centro de La Fortuna. Aquí, la aventura comienza mientras cabalgas por senderos fangosos, conduces por charcos naturales y cruzas pequeños ríos y arroyos, todos rodeados de hermosa selva tropical. El terreno es divertido y un poco desafiante, con baches, barro y caminos irregulares que hacen que la experiencia sea emocionante desde el principio.
(20 minutos en ATV hasta la ciudad de La Guaria) La Guaria es un pueblo encantador y pintoresco ubicado en el corazón del campo costarricense. Esta pequeña comunidad ofrece una visión del auténtico estilo de vida rural de la región. Con su modesta pero hermosa iglesia y una pulpería tradicional, La Guaria refleja la simplicidad y calidez de la cultura local. Disfrute de un paseo panorámico en su ATV por carreteras pavimentadas abiertas mientras explora y descubre esta parte única de la zona.
(25 minutos para llegar y disfrutar del río Arenal) Cuando lleguemos al río Arenal, sentirás la refrescante brisa y encontrarás el lugar perfecto para tomar fotos increíbles. Si te apetece, también puedes darte un baño refrescante en sus aguas cristalinas.
(30 minutos en la selva) En esta sección, ingresamos a otra área privada de La Naciente, cabalgando a través de emocionantes senderos fangosos y caminos escarpados a través de la propiedad. Conducirás tu ATV bajo el dosel de la selva tropical de La Fortuna, haciendo que esta parte del viaje sea especialmente divertida e inmersiva. Dependiendo de la preferencia del grupo, podemos detenernos para una experiencia de lodo volcánico, donde extraemos lodo natural del río y disfrutamos de un momento relajante, como un spa, que beneficia a su piel. Esto marca el final del recorrido antes de regresar para el transporte.
(30 minutos de bajada) Después del tour, le entregamos de regreso a su hotel en el centro de La Fortuna y áreas cercanas.

- La edad mínima para conducir un ATV es de 14 años. La edad mínima para los pasajeros es de 5 años, y deben estar acompañados por un adulto responsable.
- Es obligatorio usar zapatos cerrados para la actividad y se recomienda el uso de gafas de sol.
- Recomendamos usar ropa cómoda y traer ropa de repuesto si es necesario.
- Esta no es una actividad privada; es una experiencia grupal compartida con otros participantes.
- La actividad de barro volcánico es una experiencia abierta y natural. El barro se extrae directamente del río y no es un servicio de spa.
- La lluvia normal en La Fortuna no es motivo para cancelar el tour, ya que forma parte de la experiencia de la selva tropical.
- En caso de tormentas eléctricas, esperaremos hasta 30 minutos después de la hora programada del tour, ya que normalmente duran entre 15 y 30 minutos. Si las condiciones no mejoran después de este período, la actividad será modificada o cancelada.
- Para los traslados programados, solicitamos amablemente estar listos a la hora acordada. Podemos esperar hasta 5 minutos; después de ese tiempo, la reserva se marcará como no-show y se aplicará el cobro total.

Length of tour was shorter than advertised. Tour was advertised as about 3 hours. Our reservation was for 3pm and we finished the tour at 4:30pm.
Thank you for your feedback. As described on the activity profile, the tour is advertised as 3 hours, including transportation, as the booking platform requires us to configure the duration this way. The transportation usually takes around 30 minutes for pick-up (depending on the location of the accommodation) and 30 minutes for drop-off. The ATV ride itself covers a 13.5 km route, including stops at the viewpoint (on clear days), the Arenal River, a fresh fruit break, and the volcanic mud area. The ATV portion of the experience lasts approximately 2 hours, for a total of 3 hours including transportation. For guests who arrive directly at our property and do not require transportation, the experience on the farm remains approximately 2 hours. According to our guide, the 3:00 p.m. tour on the day of your visit was completed as normal, and the expected tour time was fulfilled. Fantastic guide and experience. The whole group had fun. We are not the most adventurous people, but 16 year old and two adults were able drive atv in the rain while being safe!

The guides were great - very patient with all of us and especially helpful when I fell (twice! - both my fault) and needed to finish the ride on the back of our leader’s ATV. The tour was a lot of fun and a highlight of our trip to La Fortuna. Our guide was helpful and kind. Safety first. There had been a lot of rain so the tour had to be cut short due to the river not being passable due to the heavy rains. The only reason i gave 4 stars is because the helmets smelled really bad.

After we found this place, because Waze puts it on the wrong side of the road, and a van was parked in front of the sign, we finally got to ride some ATVs. The first part is a lot of fun splashing through the mud and streams. Then we got on a paved road and rode for miles before the road turned to gravel ending at a small (at this time of the year) river. There were snacks at the river, then we rode many miles back down the gravel and paved road. I drive on paved roads everyday at home so this part was very boring. Finally we returned to the mud and had a lot more fun before stopping at the facial mud supply. We applied mud to our faces, some people applied it to arms and legs as well. Then we splashed through more fun mud and water until we were back to the start. If you don't like bumpy muddy riding, your are in luck, as at least 2/3 of this trip is on a road. Not really what I expected. The equipment is getting old too. Out of the 8 riders, 2 of the ATVs wouldn't start, but the mechanic brought 2 more running units out to those riders. For some reason, they told us to put it in 3rd gear and leave it there. But since I have several years riding motorcycles, I just put it in the best gear for the terrain. If I visited again, I would look for a place with more to see than a paved road
