The ride itself was awesome and the location itself is also superb! But the crew running the tours spoils the experience. - Very limited safety briefing other than don’t overtake and follow the group - Generally rude bunch of people (even shouting at kids) - The guide that we had (a guy) was rude and arrogant. Pushing everyone to speed up regardless who is in the rides (he think that everyone is like him). Was rude and hand gesturing when one of the tour mate couldn’t follow up and got lost along the way. Couldn’t be bothered about if everyone is ok. Overall the ride itself is nice but the people running it spoils it.
Amazing view, guides were good and the track was good for any level of riding, the buggy’s were amazing Will come back
Funny experience and so much sensation love it
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An incredible experience! We had an absolutely amazing time on this quad bike tour! The trail was perfect and the scenery was stunning. The quads are recent, very well-maintained, and super easy to handle. A huge thank you to the guiding team: extremely professional, reassuring, and fun, they know the area like the back of their hand. Whether you are a beginner or experienced, you will love it. I recommend it 100% and would come back without hesitation!
This quad bike tour was amazing, we will definitely come back.
Booked a tour with Perth Quad / Land Salin ATV Buggy Motocross Tours and honestly it was one of the worst experiences I’ve paid for. If you’ve ever actually ridden a buggy or motorbike before and expect even a little bit of freedom or speed, don’t bother. We were barely going over 20km/h the whole time and constantly stopping because there were issues somewhere along the track or with people at the back. The whole setup felt really unorganised and unprofessional from the start. The staff didn’t really seem prepared, and the helmets were honestly disgusting and didn’t feel hygienic at all. The buggies also felt poorly maintained — tyres were bald as hell and overall they just didn’t feel safe or looked after properly. There’s also no toilet there, so if you need to go you have to drive about 5 minutes down the road, and that’s only if there’s time. Overall just a complete waste of money and definitely not the experience it was made out to be.
We had originally booked in a group of four, but the night before our quad bike tour, my partner and I came down with the flu & were unable to attend - furthermore, it was physically impossible for us to attend & would've been unsafe for us to participate having been so sick. I tried to contact them the morning of the tour but the phone kept ringing out with no option to leave a message. We understood that the cancellation policy requires 3-days notice, but we only fell ill the night before so were unable to cancel before that period. The other two members of our party attended and enquired about a potential refund (again, we understood that this probably wouldn't happen but enquired anyway) or perhaps credits to use their services in the future, but staff were very dismissive and unforgiving, & even slapped us with a $50 no-show fee. I understand that they have a business to run, but sometimes life happens & people are unable to attend things. They already had our money without having to provide us with a service, & for them to demand more money on top of that is incredibly greedy & rude. We will never use this service in the future.
We booked this trip unsure due to the mixed reviews but were pleasantly surprised. Yes the staff seem very blunt and everything has to be done just so. You need to remember ID and a physical card but it does tell you that in the confirmation emails. It is a mass tour following about 30 quads but there’s enough space to not feel you are being limited. If you are a regular quad bike rider maybe it’s too limiting but as someone just wanting the experience it’s great fun. Sand boarding is tough especially climbing up the hills but was a fun add on to try. It’s hot and dusty with no public toilets or refreshments at the dunes but go prepared and with an open mind and you’ll have fun.
Amazing experience lots to see and so much fun feels like it doesn’t go for long enough. Make sure you take a handlebar mount for an action camera
The experience at Lancelin Sand Dunes in WA was amazing! Sandboarding was so much fun and exciting, and the quad biking on the sand was even more thrilling. The staff were very friendly and patient, giving clear instructions and making sure we felt safe and comfortable the whole time.
