I am a huge fan of Hop-on Hop-off buses across the world, so it pains me to write this poor review. Unfortunately, this experience was quite poor, mostly because of two things: 1. Traffic in Istanbul. The traffic is terrible, the bus was stuck in traffic most of the time. You spend most time sitting on a slow moving bus, with limited commentary on the headphones. You can google information faster probably. It took forever to drive on the Red line. I did not bother going on the blue line as I did not want to be stuck in traffic in a different location. 2. Price. 48euro is excessive in my opinion. No hop-on off bus should cost more than 20-30 euro. There is no intrinsic value. I feel there is a lack of value in this sight seeing bus. You are better off identifying Top 5 places you want to visit and just take the fast and efficient Metro to these locations which costs a bit over 1 euro.

Bus was as expected. Commentary was a little fast paced so missed a little of what we were looking at. Do not leave getting to the first stop too late as you have to swap your tickets for QR codes which we were not aware of. Driver was courteous and helpful.

The bus took an hour and a half to arrive, which meant that time was actually too short to visit anything on the way. Not enough available buses In the end I took a taxi!
It was a very pleasant trip. Additionally, the driver was an expert!!!! The seats could be a bit more comfortable.

Istanbul is interesting. Info while driving was okay but not very understandable. Lots of names and streets. Difficult to process. Distance in bus to attractions very far. Not good spots to take pictures. Recommendation bring a lot of time and interrupt or get off again and again. Only on the bus not so great and extremely much traffic. Too expensive for that 🫰 Istanbul just 🥴

Obwohl es aufgrund der reichen Geschichte Istanbuls und des dichten Straßennetzes mitunter etwas komplex wirken mag, soll es Ihnen während der Fahrt einen guten Überblick verschaffen. Gästen, die detailliertere Fotostopps und ausführlichere Erklärungen an den einzelnen Sehenswürdigkeiten bevorzugen, empfehlen wir, die Busfahrt mit einer Hop-on/Hop-off-Tour zu kombinieren, wie Sie es bereits richtig vorgeschlagen haben. Wir verstehen, dass die Erwartungen an Fotospots und Preise variieren können. Dieses Produkt ist jedoch klar als flexible Übersichtstour und nicht als geführte Wanderung oder privates Erlebnis positioniert. Vielen Dank nochmals für Ihre Kommentare. We absolutely recommend the use of this service, it does not match what it offers and the attention of the subjects or people in charge are very ill educated, the hearing aid at no time had comments in Spanish regarding what was to be seen. Finally, they didn't let us upload reasons why we didn't find the tickets. The service is extremely expensive, a taxi charged us €20. The service was great. If you want to improve, be more sensitive to people from other countries who come to know your country. What I'm asking for is a refund, as I guess it doesn't represent the value of your reputation. Thank you.

The headphones are very uncomfortable. The narrative gives no indication of where to look as it tells you about a building. The screen in the bus just shows a constant promo loop of Istanbul where it could be useful showing the building in question. No announcements of the stops before they happen. We abandoned it halfway through and walked home.
