We just had the best tour to start our trip to Singapore. Our guide, William, gave us a fantastic introduction to the history, culture and of course foods of this amazing blended city. Before going to the coffee shop and hawker center, we drove across town learning about all the different neighborhoods and oriented to make the most of our stay. We then visited a coffee shop and hawker center, trying the classics and learning how they came to be. William is a great story teller and our two kids enjoyed listening almost as much as tasting. He also provided some great recommendations for the rest of our stay. 10 out of 10 and would recommend to anyone looking to understand the who and the why behind Singapore food culture.

Our food guide Justin was very knowledgeable being a native Singaporean. His choices of different locations provided a good backdrop of history, architecture and obviously food. The food is great quality and healthy portions. You will be full after 3 hours! Highly recommend Justin as you choice to take you around Singapore.
John led a fascinating food tour that brought the history and culture behind each dish to life. It was a wonderful way to experience Chinatown through the eyes of a local, and we came away with a much better understanding of how to enjoy Singapore’s hawker centres. Highly recommended!
