Ábrete camino hacia el céntrico taller de Kintsugi, en el barrio Minami-Aoyama de Tokio, y prepárate para probar el arte de la carpintería dorada. Conoce a tu profesor y a un pequeño grupo de no más de 10 invitados, luego ponte tu “samue”, una prenda artesanal tradicional Japonesa. En el transcurso de una hora aproximadamente, su profesor le guiará a través de la técnica de Kintsugi, utilizando una placa de cerámica especialmente preparada suministrada por el taller. También aprenderás sobre la cultura y filosofía Japonesas y obtendrás información sobre la artesanía tradicional Japonesa. En el caso del Kintsugi, representa la idea de dar a lo que se piensa que está al final de su vida un nuevo comienzo. Al final de la lección, tendrás un recuerdo único para llevar a casa y una nueva perspectiva del verdadero valor de los objetos.

The whole family really enjoyed making Kintsugi pottery. Wonderful to learn how it is made and to have a souvenir of beautiful art. English quality was a little rough but good intentions made up for it.

The art of repairing broken ceramic wares with a golden lined design, the Kinstugi experience. Book in advance and learn under a local master craftsman. As a novice, it is fun and doable wherein with a little guidance and a bit of effort produces a memorable unique masterpiece of your own that you can take home as a special souvenir. Nothing beats that! A++ Must!!
