Descripción
Esta es una actividad especial donde puedes usar un kimono de seda y experimentar la danza tradicional japonesa. Elija su favorito entre unos 800 kimonos; después de vestirse, se proporciona un peinado sencillo y sandalias (zori). Después, puedes explorar Kioto en tu kimono. La tienda de alquiler también tiene dos perros Shiba Inu, populares en todo el mundo, para que pueda conocer a estos adorables perros. Una vez vestido, te dirigirás al lugar de baile para disfrutar del té verde japonés y dulces de temporada mientras aprendes sobre Nihon Buyo (danza clásica japonesa). Usar un hermoso kimono, beber té y probar dulces crea un momento especial para experimentar la cultura japonesa. Después de la introducción, aprenderás posturas básicas, caminatas elegantes, uso de ventiladores y coreografía simple. Chisaya was amazing! Her dance was beautiful and graceful. She was so patient and kind to my 10 year in teaching her the dance. Would highly recommend this experience as it was full of culture and beauty!

I had a wonderful time! I was helped to pick out and dress in a kimono, then I spent an hour learning some simple (yet challenging!) choreography and learning some history! We also had some tea which was refreshing and lovely. I would absolutely recommend this experience to everyone! 🤗

This is one of the most wonderful ways you can spend your time, energy and money in Kyoto! I was met at the lovely shop to be expertly dressed in kimono, including a visit with 2 adorable Shiba Inu pups! Yasuchisaya met me to walk to her studio, which also has a couple of shy kitties (always a plus for me.). She took time to explain the history and purpose of our dance and gave ample time to make sure I got the steps down. The tea and sweet was also delicious! We recorded a few videos to make sure we got it right and in frame, and I was grateful for the memory to be captured. We walked back to the shop and took a few photos, which I will cherish! I'm wish I could have spent more time in kimono but had to run. I would love to come back and keep learning! Beautiful experience that I'll cherish!
