Dirigida por Sarah, experta en pasta fresca con más de 5.000 clientes satisfechos, esta experiencia de 2 horas te guía a través de la elaboración de pappardelle tradicional completamente a mano, tal como las abuelas Italianas han hecho durante generaciones. Deléitese degustando sus creaciones, maridadas con dos copas de prosecco y vino. Las familias son bienvenidas, y los niños pueden ser creativos con cortadores de galletas en forma de dinosaurio. El entorno de la fortaleza, con vistas a un canal tranquilo, se suma al ambiente Italiano auténtico y atemporal.

Fantastic cooking class, I can’t recommend it enough! Sarah made everyone feel welcome from the very first moment we walked in until the end of the course. Every workstation was perfectly prepared before we arrived, making the experience seamless and enjoyable. Sarah switched between English, French, and Italian to accommodate all . The pasta-making experience itself was incredible , all by hand . I attended the class with my 10-year-old son, and Sarah adapted her teaching style wonderfully to keep him engaged and involved throughout. The location was impressive ,it looked like a beautiful medieval palace and provided a stunning backdrop for the class. After we finished making the pasta, Sarah set up a gorgeous table outside where we could sit together and enjoy the meal we had prepared. It was the perfect ending to an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended!
The pasta making class was fabulous! Sarah was knowledgeable and entertaining which made the experience even better. We learned to make traditional pappardelle by hand inside a 16th-century fortress. Book it!
