Tenga en cuenta que las horas de salida que seleccione no son vinculantes, ya que dependen de la disponibilidad en el Museo. La hora de salida puede cambiar entre las 6:00 a.m. y las 6:00 a.m.

Comenzamos nuestro viaje que dura alrededor de 2,5 - 3,5 horas dependiendo del tráfico y las condiciones climáticas.
Este monumento conservado con precisión consta de dos partes del antiguo campo de concentración: Auschwitz I y Auschwitz II-Birkenau. Una visita guiada de ambas secciones permite comprender este lugar único en su totalidad.
Experimentarás la vida como prisionero: las paredes fortificadas, el alambre de púas, los desvíos del ferrocarril, las plataformas, el cuartel, la horca, las cámaras de gas y los crematorios.

Ofrecemos recogida en cualquier hotel, hostal o apartamento en el centro de la ciudad de Wroclaw (distrito de Stare Miasto). El horario de recogida varía según la hora de entrada al Museo de Auschwitz: entre las 4:45 a. m. y las 9:45 a. m.

Our driver picked us up and dropped us off to join with a large group. The driver was friendly and got us there safely. The tour guide was knowledgeable and tour well done for a very tough place to visit.
Very professional guide. Well versed in every aspect of the tour and very knowledgeable on all things Poland including history, economy, currency and alrchitecture!
Enjoyed the whole tour, so much of knowledgeable information shared by Theresa. There is alot of outdoor walking, proper attire is needed. And can't carry big bag (I regretted this since I didn't know, kept my bag in the van). The day was abit foggy, couldn't see some places. Overall satisfying and worth the visit.
I’ll leave you to make up your own mind after visiting this place. For me it was a very sobering experience. Excellent communication from travel company, prompt pick up, clean vehicle, clean and safe driving in difficult weather conditions, knowledgeable driver, excellent tour guide.
I highly recommend booking the Auschwitz-Birkenau Day Tour through Viadrina. Our guide, Mathias, picked us up promptly from our hotel and coordinated getting the English guided tour tickets through the Auschwitz Memorial and Museum so that all we had to do was show up. He was a great driver in the rainy weather and we appreciated the history of Wroclaw, Lower Silesia, and Lesser Poland he provided along our drive. Note that there were only two of us plus Mathias for our drive and we were picked up in a small car. I'm not sure if Viadrina ever does bus tours. As we neared Auschwitz, Mathias offered to stop for a quick breakfast before starting our 8am tour which was also appreciated. Last comment I'll make - we called Viadrina to book our tickets last minute due to a scheduling error and Viadrina/Mathias were incredibly helpful in organizing a last minute day tour for us! While I don't recommend booking last minute, it shows that Viadrina will go above and beyond for their customers.
One of the most amazing experiences in my life, our tour guide Mathias was brilliant and made us feel comfortable. He told us about different places along the journey. I would highly recommend booking this experience if you’re visiting Poland.
