Favor de registrarse en nuestras instalaciones al menos 30 minutos antes de la hora de salida programada. A su llegada a Atlantis Submarines Cozumel, nuestros amables anfitriones le darán la bienvenida, le asistirán con el check-in y le guiarán a nuestro exclusivo Explorers’ Lounge. Podrá relajarse brevemente en la sala de salidas, ver un breve video introductorio y luego abordar nuestro barco de pasajeros para el traslado al lugar de buceo, donde comienza su aventura submarina.
Sube al submarino Atlantis XII y comienza una aventura submarina inolvidable. Descienda a profundidades de más de 30 metros (100 pies) mientras explora el impresionante arrecife Chankanaab, parte del Sistema de Arrecifes Mesoamericano, uno de los sistemas de arrecifes vivos más grandes del mundo. Vive la emoción de la famosa muralla de Cozumel, con su espectacular caída de 600 metros, y visita el barco hundido más grande de la zona, el Felipe Xicoténcatl, ahora un arrecife artificial que sustenta la vida marina dentro de esta Área Natural Protegida.
Después de la inmersión, regresará en barco a nuestras instalaciones. Antes de salir, asegúrese de pasar por nuestra boutique para recoger un recuerdo de su experiencia Atlantis XII.

- Hay opciones de transporte público disponibles en las cercanías

- Por seguridad, los participantes deben ser capaces de bajar y subir 12 escalones, por cuenta propia, para acceder al submarino; barandales disponibles.
- Por seguridad, en el caso de los niños, la estatura mínima requerida es de 90cm y 4 años cumplidos.
- Se consideran niños desde los 4 años hasta los 16 años. No se acepta el acceso en infantes ( bebes - 3 años)
- Todos los participantes pagan boleto y los menores deben siempre estar acompañados de un adulto.
- Embarazadas, sin complicaciones previas, pueden realizar la actividad hasta el 6to mes de gestación.
- No se permite el acceso en traje de baño y/o descalzos.
- No se permite el acceso a mascotas de ningún tipo.
- Solo se permite 1 artículo personal como un bolso o mochila pequeña, y debe caber sobre sus piernas. Las dimensiones no deberán exceder 45 x 35 x 20 cm.
- Además, se debe pagar una tarifa de 13 USD Marine Park por persona.
- Los servicios adicionales tienen un costo adicional (fotos o recuerdos).
- La operación del tour es sujeta a condiciones climáticas permisibles.
- Atlantis Submarines Cozumel se reserva el derecho de admisión en caso de condiciones adversas para la seguridad de cada uno de sus pasajeros.
- En caso de no seguir y/o no cumplir con las instrucciones de seguridad indicados, no se le permitirá al pasajero continuar con la actividad y no aplica reembolso.
- El registro de entrada debe ser 40 minutos antes de la hora del tour (hora local )

We did this as an excursion day from our cruise and it was great! The views and fish you can see are amazing. Going down 100 ft, they showed us the drop off point of the island where it goes down to depths of 2000 ft. The people were very friendly and were very willing to move our reservations to an earlier dive so that we could get back to the ship on time. (It's about a 10-min taxi ride to Punto Langosto, where our ship was docked.) They take you by a sunken ship so that both sides of the sub can see it. There are no bad seats.

The area is very tight and restrictive. The beating the whole experience was seeing the ship wreckage. The corals weren’t that exciting, they lacked the color and the habitat that a beautiful coral should have.

It is a real submarine, and space is designed with safety and functionality in mind, but we know that can take some getting used to. Regarding the coral, you're right that at depths beyond 100 feet, colors tend to fade due to the lack of natural light. It's a natural phenomenon of the ocean, and while it can feel less vibrant than shallower reefs, it's also part of what makes the deeper dive so unique and nature. We're glad to hear that the shipwreck made the experience worthwhile. It's definitely one of the highlights of the tour and we're happy it stood out for you. Our guide was amazing! Very knowledgeable and made it very enjoyable. Recommend booking an early appointment to avoid larger crowd. We booked a 10:30 time, but we arrived really early and got to go on the 9:30 slot. So glad we did because it was much more packed.

Sandy was so understanding and kind when we had a little meetup-point mixup, but she made sure we weren’t left behind without delaying the group. Our guide Vero and her assistant Charley (and our pilot Paco) were all amazing, so so knowledgeable and excited to share the beauty of the coral reef with us on the tour. I particularly appreciated how often Charley pointed out things I otherwise might have missed because I was looking some random direction haha! Their joy in their job was absolutely contagious and I had a wonderful time. Fully recommend this!

Our family of six (4 adults and 2 children) had an absolutely incredible experience on the Atlantis Submarine Adventure in Cozumel! From start to finish, everything was first-class. The meeting location was easy to find, check-in was quick and organized, and the comfortable, air-conditioned waiting area made the beginning of our excursion relaxing. The introductory video was informative, engaging, and did an excellent job preparing everyone for the adventure ahead. The crew was outstanding! Every member of the staff was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making sure everyone had a memorable experience. If you're worried about feeling claustrophobic, don't be. The submarine was much more spacious than we expected, fully air-conditioned, and very comfortable throughout the dive. The large viewing ports gave everyone an excellent view, and at no point did we feel confined. Descending to more than 110 feet below the surface was simply amazing. The underwater views of the coral reef and marine life were breathtaking. What made the trip even more special was the educational aspect. The narration throughout the dive was informative without being overwhelming, teaching us about the reef ecosystem, marine life, and the importance of conservation. Both the adults and the children found it fascinating, and it added tremendous value to an already incredible experience. The entire excursion exceeded our expectations and was even better than described. It was one of the highlights of our trip to Cozumel and created memories our family will cherish for years to come. We wholeheartedly recommend the Atlantis Submarine Adventure to anyone visiting Cozumel. Whether you're traveling as a couple, with friends, or as a family, this is a truly unique experience that is well worth every penny!
