I liked that this tour was divided into 2 parts. It gave us a break of 1 hour to go back to hotel to relax. The tour guide was very knowledgeable in her Greek culture and history.
Acropolis was very crowded due to cruise ships. We thought we were doing Delphi on Sept. 12, thus Acropolis on Sept 13 would have been less crowded and had more time on site and at museum due to bad traffic. Delphi and Poseidon tour guides were very good.
So I would recommend parts of this - and I did a lot of research before booking. I did see a lot of people in the reviews talking about the tour guide for the Athens and Acropolis being a bit.... long winded. I have to admit, sadly, it’s very true. She was very nice but needs to shorten her information. That being said it was a well organized tour. They picked us up at a hotel around the corner from ours on both mornings. You tour Athens, the Acropolis, and the museum of you want to (we did but I did not think it was a must see- I think I would’ve preferred to walk the Plaka instead). You then go on the second party to Cape Sounion with another tour guide- she was great- very sweet and good story teller. The Cape and Temple of Poseidon are awesome and a very cool site. The next day (or vice verse whatever you decide) is the Temple of Delphi- SO WORTH IT- great tour guide, Helen, knowledgeable, wonderful stories, projected her voice so you could hear and kept the tour moving at a great pace. We did get the lunch option and it was really good and filling with an AWESOME view. The drive is about 2.5 hours but it gives you a chance to see the Greek landscape. We got home around 7PM. I would definitely recommend this part of the tour and probably find a different company for the Athens morning. Btw, we didn’t get to see the Temple of Athena or gymnasium on this- but yes to Temple of Apollo and the rest with the museum. All your tickets throughout are paid for - museum, Acropolis, etc.
Hello from Chat Tours , Thank you for your kind words . We hope to see you again in Athens and offer you our high-quality services. Always at your disposal, Angelina Skyla.
We had this tour booked and unfortunately there was a strike so ALL government attractions were closed down! CHAT tours informed us of this and offered some other tours in lieu of this one. They were very apologetic (no fault of their own) and our $$ was refunded within 3 days. I plan on trying this tour again on my next trip to Greece and will stick with CHAT tours as they were professional and as accommodating as the circumstances would allow.

Great tour would definitely recommend. The city tour does not quite cover all the sights so should leave time to walk around on your own or use the hop on/off bus to make sure you see everything. The Acropolis museum was definitely worth it and the Cape Sounion Trip and Delphi Trip were both beautiful.

Loved this day trip, Delphi was fascinating, our tour guide was very knowledgeable and lunch was delicious.

Disorganized around Athens ... I quickly lost interest, unfortunately. No one wants to stand still for 20 minutes before you can see a sight, listening to a pompous guide pontificate about nothing.

Despite having 2 half days the amount of information and sites toured was amazing. I would recommend particularly if you have limited time.

I was unable to take the tour because I couldn't leave on the day I had my reservations due to my passport expiring in January - not enough time for Greece rules. Missed 5 days of my trip.

Very knowledgible tour guides. Delphi and Cape Sounion were really cool sights, despite the long bus ride. The bus was typical coach, but comfortable. Expect crowds and some standing around for the Acropolis tour.
