We were picked up on time and transported to the ship. The reason for the 3 stars is because we were picked up in a regular yellow taxi. There was no wifi or bottled water as stated in the description. Would have cost me less to just call a taxi myself, rather than book through this service.

Our driver was extremely nice. Our hotel in center of city was bot drivable so driver came to lobby and helped get our luggage and took us to car just down the street.

VIATOR is the company we know we can count on! I kept trying to reply to the messages but kept getting that it was not delivered. Finally one of our hotel staff called the local company for us and all was resolved! Spoke to the owner of the company and he was very nice and assured me that our driver would be on time!

Helped us get situated in our room. They let us check in early - we were exhausted from or 32 hours with no sleep. They also provided us with an extra adapter for 2nd phone. Main housekeeper was very helpful when our keys did not work. Restaurant had outstanding food - had Shrimp Rosoto was wonderful. Breakfast was very good with fresh fruit, everything you can imagine. Would highly recommend!
