We used Kapa Tours a few times on July 2025 during our Holiday in Argolida Greece. Both transfers To and From Athens airport were excellent despite the journey distance. The way he drove us to our destination was very smooth. The cars were immaculate in and out, no talking or smoking. Only smiles and comfort. The drivers were on time waiting for us at the agreed point, extremely polite and made sure we are completely satisfied with the inner temperature and seat position. They also kindly provided a new toddler car seat for our daughter which we also used with only a 10e extra charge. Total prices were very reasonable both for the local and the longer journey. I am shy to admit that our daughter had an unfortunate incident after the long flight when she vomited whilst on the car seat, and I was desperately cleaning it up with baby wipes asking for the driver to let us know of the dry cleaning bill as I felt really bad due to the stains and smell. He kept smiling and he said it is not a problem, that things like this happen with children and he will not charge us anything. This was extremely kind and polite from his side and I am grateful he reacted this way. Makes me think that is all about customer service and empathy. Mr Kostas Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything, you were most helpful and we will spread a good word for your company.

Kostas was amazing!! We absolutely loved him. Such a kind man, he treated us like family and got us to our place safely. Was very responsive and whenever we needed him he was right there!
