Con la ayuda de Danielle, pastelera profesional, aprenderá o redescubrirá recetas de postres, desde fuentes hasta entremeses y tartas. Te daremos a elegir postres para que los hagas en el momento, y te irás a casa con tus propias creaciones. Estamos abiertos a postres con requisitos dietéticos especiales (sin gluten, sin lactosa). Le recibiremos en pequeños grupos (máximo 6 personas) para poder acompañarle en las mejores condiciones y compartir un verdadero momento de convivencia.

This was a Christmas gift for my granddaughter which she attended yesterday…2.5 hours. She’s told me, Danielle was very pleasant but …..the pastry was preprepared and not everybody joined in making the filling for the gateau des roi which is traditional for January 6th. She assembled her gateau which measured roughly 15cms. This has proved to be a very expensive gâteau des roi at £60+. I expected a bit more from this experience other than rolling out and filling prepared pastry. Disappointing
Dear Customer, We are sorry if your granddaughter did not enjoy her workshop with Danielle. To clarify, the workshop focused on 3 pastry techniques: making pâte feuilletée, custard, and almond cream. All participants practiced these 3 techniques to prepare their galette. All participants assembled her galette with their own preparation. Of course, the price includes not only the cost of the final dessert but also the 2.5 hours of workshop time with a professional. Best regards, Floriane

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CLASS IF YOU VISIT PARIS! The instructor danielle was so welcoming and very kind. Even gave us some recommendations for our stay! The croquembouche we made was so much fun and delicious! couldn’t ask for a better way to start off our trip! thank you so much for everything danielle. so happy we were able to make a friend our first day here in this magical city. A truly unique experience with this class and if you have the chance definitely give it a try!!!

Danielle was super friendly and explained the individual steps to making croquembouche superbly. I was able to ask all my questions, including generally about patisserie and which brands it recommends for certain products or where I get certain ingredients, and Danielle answered them very comprehensively. She said that she very much welcomes it when someone shows an enthusiastic interest in the French patisserie and is happy to encourage it. I can only recommend the pastry workshop. She said she's currently offering 3 workshops. One for the production of beech de Noel, one for the production of entremets and one for the production of croquembouche.

I honestly cannot recommend Atelier Pâtisserie Paris (at Le Comptoir Boutary) enough – it was one of the absolute highlights of my birthday trip to Paris with my friends! It was really easy to find and meet up at the venue and we were warmly welcomed by the wonderful Chef Danielle Ghazal, who instantly made us feel at ease. She was so kind, patient and incredibly knowledgeable – the perfect guide for our afternoon of pâtisserie-making magic. We made a stunning croquembouche and the entire experience felt like something out of a dream. We laughed, learned and created something delicious and beautiful – it was truly unforgettable. What made it even more special was how accommodating Danielle was. One of my friends is lactose intolerant and Danielle didn’t miss a beat – she had alternative ingredients ready and made sure my friend could join in fully without feeling left out. That thoughtfulness really stood out and made the day even more meaningful. This class is an absolute must if you're planning a girly trip to Paris. Whether it's for a birthday, hen do, or just something unique and fabulous to do with friends, this experience ticks all the boxes. It was elegant, fun, hands-on and utterly delightful. Thank you, Danielle, for such a magical birthday memory – you truly made our Parisian adventure sparkle! 🥐💖🎉

We had a great time at Comptoir Boutary with my boyfriend! The atmosphere was nice and professional at the same time. The pastry chef was great, she explained great and gave us lots of tips. We laughed a lot when we learned, and our desserts were amazing. I recommend 100%!
