Acompáñenos en una inolvidable aventura nocturna para presenciar uno de los atardeceres más impresionantes de Madeira desde las alturas del Pico do Arieiro. Comenzaremos por recogerte en tu alojamiento en Funchal, Caniço o Câmara de Lobos (centro de la ciudad) Luego, continuamos el viaje hacia el majestuoso Pico do Arieiro, el tercer pico más alto de Madeira. Aquí, experimentará parte del famoso sendero PR1, (autoguiado) caminando aproximadamente 1,2 km en cada sentido (1h30 m), lo que lo lleva al increíble Mirador Ninho da Manta y la famosa "Escalera al Cielo". Cuando termine el día, prepárese para sorprenderse con los colores del atardecer pintando el cielo y las montañas en tonos dorados. Después de remojarse en este mágico momento durante unos 30 minutos, lo regresaremos cómodamente al punto más cercano de su alojamiento. Comenzaremos por recogerte en tu alojamiento en Funchal, Caniço o Câmara de Lobos (centro de la ciudad). Desde allí, nos dirigiremos al impresionante Pico do Arieiro, donde espectaculares picos de montaña se elevan sobre las nubes
Salir al Pico do Arieiro se siente como entrar en otro mundo: crestas imponentes, valles interminables y el juego de luces y sombras siempre cambiante crean una vista que llevarás contigo mucho después de que termine el viaje.
Su aventura continúa con una caminata panorámica hasta el mirador Ninho da Manta, donde las vistas panorámicas revelan la belleza cruda de las montañas centrales de Madeira. En la ruta, cruzarás la icónica “Escalera al Cielo”, un lugar perfecto donde el horizonte se funde perfectamente con el cielo
De regreso a Pico do Arieiro, se instalará para ver uno de los atardeceres más impresionantes de la isla. Las montañas se desvanecen en siluetas suaves mientras el sol se hunde lentamente más allá del horizonte y el cielo explota de color, una vista que recordarás para siempre.
Su recorrido termina con una cómoda entrega en su alojamiento, donde podrá descansar y revivir los momentos más destacados de un día realmente notable en Madeira

Sadly we couldn’t go to the peak as the weather was too wet and foggy, Luís however put on a great alternative where we followed the sunset along the coast and took in some incredible sights. Did feel a little rushed… maybe less places but more time BUT I do appreciate he was slightly winging it due to the last minute change of your. It’s just means I have to come back to Madeira to do the full tour. Davide was great, loved chatting to him about his music. Gutted to have missed the stairway to heaven but can’t be helped
Fantastic experience, best money spent on our holiday so far!! Great value for money. Luís our guide was brilliant! Friendly and chat making the small group feel at ease. Excellent English, and other languages spoken. Knowledgable. Pick up was punctual. Drive to destination felt safe. Information was spot on. Small group. Sunset PR1. Great time to go, not over crowded.
This was the most magical experience - it was so beautiful, I got emotional ❤️ It started off foggy with poor visibility (even so, it was still amazing) then after about an hour the fog just parted and the views were unreal!
Unfortunately due to bad weather on the mountains the originally trip could not take place, instead an alternative tour of the South West of the island culminating in a sunset viewing was offered and accepted. Informative and friendly guide and a pleasant end to another sunny day on Madeira.
We were meant to be going into the mountains but were offered an alternative route because of fog. It was great! We stopped at various viewpoints along the SW coast and ended seeing sunset at a beautiful spot. Our driver Davide was lovely, chatty and polite. It was a great trip.
This was a good time, the driver was a hoot and the people were very friendly. I will say if you are out of shape, do not go all the way getting back was brutal as it is all up hill/steps but I got some great photos. I was sore the next day though….
Great experience and small group of people. Very smooth experience with a great driver, with good humour. Would definitely recommend if you want to see the stairway of heaven. This section is roughly around 2.5km return but definitely steep up and downs to feel like you’ve have a hiking experience.
Very beautiful experience and very beautiful excursion! Our guide Luís was great and made our time magical from the pickup at the apartment until the return, this gentleman is very good at making the moment even better!
Great views and Luis was excellent at telling us where to walk and local information. Make sure good shoes and a jacket as windy up there
Would highly recommend this tour, we opted for the sunset tour, we were picked up from the hotel, with a little stop off on the way for a glass of poncha, Luís was a great tour guide, and it was nice being in a small group, if you want to do this experience book with Luis, you won’t be disappointed
