Somos "Lo mejor de Buenos Aires" Soy originario de Las Pampas y mi familia todavía tiene una granja allí donde críamos ganado y caballos. Los asados son una parte fundamental de la cultura argentina. Es cómo nos reunimos para celebrar casi cualquier evento y hay un ritual para hacer el fuego, la carne y cómo compartimos la comida. A lo largo de los años, me he convertido en el maestro de la parrilla en todos los eventos - ¡incluso cuando soy un invitado acabo a cargo de la parrilla! Me encanta compartir mi cultura con el mundo y estoy emocionada de darle la bienvenida a mi hermosa casa y compartir una auténtica comida argentina con usted. ¡También puedo hacer excursiones en barco a TIgre, entradas de fútbol y excursiones de polo! What a wonderful opportunity to experience an Asado in someone’s home who made us feel like family. From the front door “hola”, to the beautiful loft space to the , the bar, the quincho. Nacho and Luca, with Henry’s help, welcomed us with wine and snacks and great conversation. What followed was a curated meal , cooked to perfection from an Argentine grill, served generously and graciously with plenty of wine to match. So fortunate to have experienced this. Gracias. What a wonderful evening with Luciano and Nacho in a historic apartment in a converted meat packing warehouse in Palermo. The food was delicious and the cuts of steak were expertly grilled on the parilla. As well as steak we had sausage, pork, cheese, salads and dessert. The wine flowed as did the conversation with our fellow diners and our hosts. The definition of ‘asado’ is “a traditional Argentine barbecue and a social ritual that involves grilling meat over a fire” and it was the social part that was so special as we felt truly welcome in Luciano’s home. It is definitely one of the highlights of our stay in Buenos Aires.
This is a must do experience while in Buenos Aries. Our hosts Luciano and Nacho were so friendly/hospitable and welcoming. We felt like we were part of a family group. The food was amazing and well spaced out. There was plenty of wine to wash everything down and keep conversations flowing. Best night ever! Thanks guys.
What a fantastic evening! Lucho and Nacho were the perfect hosts. If you're looking for an intimate evening with nice people and wonderful food, I would highly recommend booking this Traditional Argentine Asado. It's an amazing home that is warm and inviting. Especially the back area where the magic happens on his fabulous grill. It all starts with standing around the fire meeting new friends with a glass of wine . Then the food begins to flow. Lucho and Nacho share their experiences and will teach you why the Asado is such a huge part of the Argentine culture. If you want an authentic experience, meet new people and enjoy great food, book this Asado!
This was an authentic experience in an Argentinian's home. The host was gracious, knowledgeable about Argentina and its history, and great at explaining the Asasdo. This was a highlight of my Buenos Aires visit.
Dining in Buenos Aires is pretty fantastic…but being welcomed into someone’s home to dine on a traditional Asado meal was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had traveling! Hosts, Lucho and Nacho (and their lovely guests) made us feel very welcome. The food was out of this world, the wines fantastic and the conversation always interesting. I would highly recommend this experience.

Looking for a place to meet people, make friends and experience the best of Argentinian culture?.. Then you have to book this experience!.. I've been here solo and the taken family and friends. I call this The Don Asado, one of the best meals in BA. (sorry, not sorry Don Julio) .. The hosts and chef are the nicest people, who make you feel at home and provide a personal level attention. You get to see up close the cooking process on the parrilla (bbq) and drink plenty of wine. They also have great tips and recommendations for what's going around in town, and if you are staying longer and want to build a network or need access to some other unique experiences, they got it all! ..
If you are visiting Buenos Aires, this is one of the things you should do first. Best meat I ever had and great chats. Lucho and Nacho are great hosts!
A very unique and authentic experience. Lucho and Nacho were great hosts and although they are new to this platform and don't have many reviews here yet they have been hosting people for these events for over a year and really know what they are doing. They have lots of amazing recommendations for other things to do around the area. I highly recommend booking this sooner in your trip rather than at the end so that they can help you with a little trip planning from the perspective of a local
