Lugares y horarios de recogida
Recogida en el aeropuerto: después de haber recogido su equipaje, diríjase a la puerta de salida, donde lo recibirá nuestro representante/conductor, quien llevará un cartel con el nombre del pasajero principal. Recogida fuera del aeropuerto: Lo recogeremos del lobby de su hotel para su salida al aeropuerto. Llame o envíe un mensaje a la línea directa si no puede localizar a su conductor (WhatsApp).

- Los bebés deben sentarse en el regazo de un adulto
- Adecuado para todos los niveles de aptitud física
- La duración de los traslados es aproximada, la duración exacta dependerá de la hora del día y las condiciones del tráfico.
- A cada viajero se le permite un máximo de 1 maleta y 1 bolso de mano. El equipaje de gran tamaño o excesivo (por ejemplo, tablas de surf, palos de golf o bicicletas) puede tener ciertas restricciones; consulte con el operador antes de viajar para confirmar si su exceso de equipaje es aceptable.
- Traslado de llegada: una vez que haya recogido su equipaje, diríjase a la puerta de salida donde lo recibirá nuestro representante que llevará un cartel con el nombre del pasajero principal. Tiempo de espera: máximo de 90 min después de la llegada de su vuelo.
- Traslado de salida: Lo recogeremos del lobby de su Hotel para la salida hacia el aeropuerto. Tiempo de espera: máximo de 30 min.
- Se le cobrará 100.000 VND/hora si su conductor tiene que esperar más tiempo del permitido.

Staff are very friendly and informative. We arrived in Ho Chi Minh at 1610, as we approached Passport Control there was a major system outage. This has caused major delays for over 1000 people. Our pick up was for 1700, we did not exit the airport till 1915. I contacted the provider and they stated that they would wait for us. Instructions on meeting was given clearly prior to arrival at the Airport. As we exited we went to allocated meeting area, company representative was there waiting for us with our name displayed on a board. Within 5 minutes we were in a car to our hotel. Generally a very pleasant experience.
Basically, they just book a Grab for you and charge more. We used Grab ourselves on the way back to the Airport and paid a third of the price. Ok if you don’t have the Grab app, but we did and so was a waste of money, as we thought there would be a Taxi waiting for as they state, but there wasn’t and we had to find them outside after which, they do as I mentioned above.

Worked well. You meet at a post outside of the arrivals area. My name was on one of the sheets taped to the column. There are a few people there that you can check in with and they let the driver know you are ready. Due to the crowds, the driver can't wait at the curb. Only took a minute for him to pull up. You are escorted there and the rest is easy. The amazing experience is driving/riding through Saigon traffic.
