We had a fantastic day at Atlantis Aquaventure and were really impressed by the range of attractions. There are rides for every level of thrill-seeker, as well as relaxing areas like the lazy river and the beach. The park is clean, well-organised, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, I became unwell during our visit, but I can't speak highly enough of the lifeguards and medical team. They responded immediately, took excellent care of me, and made sure I was comfortable and safe throughout. They were professional, compassionate, and reassuring, and I’m incredibly grateful for how well they looked after me. Their quick response turned what could have been a very stressful situation into one where I felt completely supported. I was also incredibly touched that the Operations Manager, Kelvin, came personally to check on me. He took the time to make sure I was okay, showed genuine care and concern, and very kindly invited us back to the park for another visit. That level of customer service and compassion is rare and really demonstrates how much Atlantis values its guests. Although my day didn't go quite as planned, the outstanding care, professionalism, and kindness shown by the entire team turned a difficult experience into a positive one. It reinforced just how seriously Atlantis takes the safety and wellbeing of its guests. I would highly recommend Atlantis Aquaventure—not only for its amazing rides, beautiful facilities, and fun attractions, but also because of the incredible people who work there. A heartfelt thank you to the lifeguards, the medical team, and especially Kelvin for going above and beyond. We'll definitely be back, and we'll always remember the exceptional care we received.

I would like to thank Christine, ticketing office supervisor as she was super helpful to me with a ticketing issue that I had. She provided solutions, took immediate action and made sure my problem was solved. I left with a great impression on top of an exceptionally fun day at the park. It’s a pleasure to come across such a dedicated and customer oriented employee. Thanks again!

Great day. Rakesh the cabana host was amazing.

I lost my expensive bracelet in the water park and reported it in the lost and found. It was almost impossible for it to be found but with the great help and professionalism of the staff them managed to find it in one hour in the rapid waves which is a very big area with running water. I wanted to sincerely thank Rone Dexter for finding the bracelet and doing an amazing job. The bracelet had a sentimental value and finding it after losing hope was wonderful. The hotel overall had an amazing service especially for kids and I would come back again for sure

Had such an amazing time at the water park...It was my first visit but I’ll definitely be back with my family soon. A huge thank you to Arushika for helping us out and looking after us so well. She was absolutely brilliant and really deserves a raise for her hard work!! 😁🥰

I would like to sincerely thank Athman Mani for helping me find my lost wedding ring. I was extremely nervous and worried, but he remained calm, reassured me, and put in every effort to help recover it. Thanks to his dedication and kindness, my happiness was restored. God bless him. Our family had an absolutely wonderful day at Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark! From the moment we arrived until the end of the day, everything was exceptionally well organized and exceeded our expectations. The process of booking our cabana was smooth, efficient, and hassle-free, making our experience even more relaxing from the very beginning. The cabana itself was immaculate, comfortable, and perfectly located, providing a great place to unwind between enjoying the incredible rides and attractions. What truly made our day special, however, was the outstanding level of customer service. Every member of the Atlantis team we interacted with was warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely eager to ensure we had an unforgettable experience. A special thank you goes to Si Thu, who was looking after our cabana throughout the day. His hospitality was exceptional. He was always attentive, courteous, friendly, and proactive in making sure we had everything we needed. His professionalism, positive attitude, and dedication to providing excellent service truly stood out and made our visit even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire Atlantis team for creating such a memorable experience. We can’t wait to return and will certainly recommend Atlantis Aquaventure to our family and friends.
