The place does not open all the games then you wait without doing anything, the raspy floor you can not walk barefoot, the food is not even said to be horrifying, greasy, leaves bad taste in the mouth and desire to vomit, honestly. Boring, bad music
Lack of maintenance there are some parts already with rust and took time for the whole park to work a hundred and for the price is not reasonable

My daughters, ages 13 and 10, had a wonderful time in the aquatic pool. We were there all day, the hours went by quickly. We spent more time in the area where the waves arrive from time to time. That was where they wanted to be the most but they also liked the other water areas. Yes, I recommend that you bring water shoes because although Crocs are fine, when it is time to go up the slide, you have to leave them at the entrance and then go up. When the weather is extreme, you really burn your feet! So I recommend that you bring water shoes to enjoy these areas much more. I also recommend that you bring your bottle as it helps keep the water cold for hours. Of course you have to take it empty so they can buy the water there but having it in this bottle, it lasts for hours cold. In case you miss reading, some basic things to bring are your towel, sunscreen and your soothing gel for after sun, water goggles 🥽 and sunscreen in case you want to take photos underwater.
The attractions were very fun, my daughters had a great time, great to be with friends and family. The minor star is because they can improve a lot, the parking system is inefficient, it would be better if they had cameras and made it automated, the people who attended were slow, it was obvious that they are not used to receiving so many visitors (we went during a long weekend ). It has everything to be a national benchmark park, as they put it, it is a shame that they don't take full advantage of it.
My advice is that you go knowing how annoying the staff is, to ignore them as much as possible. Don't arrive at the time they say they open, calculate one more hour, maybe for closing, calculate that they will start (literally) running before you. Carry what you need but no more. They will be checking and taking out your things (keep an eye on the small things, so you don't lose something in the process). Strangely they allow cell phones, but not cameras. Once inside you can't leave, unless you want to pay again, so don't forget anything either. The place is not well maintained, there are few slides and most of them are rusty. From the lazy river it feels like they will fall on you. It's scary. There are few places to rest in the shade. Basically alone in the lazy river. They are very rude. Really. They don't let you be with your children, and they treat them badly, they yell at them, they make them feel uncomfortable. I don't recommend letting them play there if they are little, so in the end we were only able to be in the lazy river and the wave pool. Talking to a lady who bought the annual pass, she told me all kinds of things she has seen. He says that once he saw how other people were charged for admission again when he left. They are a total scam. We didn't have a bad time because of our ability to enjoy the moment, but it left a bad taste in our mouths. We wouldn't go again. It seems like the staff takes out their bitterness against the tourists, it almost seems like hatred.
The park is nice, not very big which is good because you can visit all the attractions in one day. Being in a place where it is hot, my suggestion would be to let in plastic bottles or thermoses (1 per person) with water. Even so, people would surely consume other drinks due to the same heat. There were 4 of us, each of us carried the bottle that we always carry everywhere with purified water and we either drank the water or threw it away because they wouldn't let us put them in. Bottles of water inside the park cost 30 pesos and they are not even a liter, there are no drinking fountains, that is, they invite us to spend on water. Another thing, they charged us a high season rate and it turned out that in the restaurant almost half of the options were not available,... not even because it was high season. This disappointed us. Overall, if you can't afford it, reduce the menu and update it.
The staff is excellent, very young guys mega attentive, friendly, keep the perfect order. Food cost very economical. Only maritime detail... dirty toilets without water. The rest of the facilities excellent.
Clean place in common areas, only bathrooms with foul smell. They do not allow the introduction of food and drinks. Very expensive, with long Waiting time and little amount relative to the price. They slide well and with age restriction so it is safe. Lifeguard always attentive. PLACE overrated.
Great place to spend the day; whether you are going alone, in couple or with family & friends, a lot of fun in any case. I went with friends & family; there are attractions to all ages. We went two days in a row. A lot of fun. Don't miss the boomerango slide with your group, where you can share your experience with another 4 people face to face, and will be watching expressions and fun screams you might have not heard or seen in a while. Don't forget to bring aqua-socks/shoes, which are allowed in most attractions.
