A very nice place, entertaining and it's nice, you take about 2 hours quiet and admiring each species, the tunnel q you pass is fantastic super recommended
It's really nice to see the fish, manta rays and sharks and cross the tunnel underwater. I didn’t like the excessive presence of Hello Kitty, even inside the aquariums. Even more so when the Aquarium itself tries to educate in respect for the natural and not pollute nature, it seems absurd to find in almost all aquariums images of Hello Kitty. Little information about the fish in the aquariums, in some they did not even have their names. Another opportunity for improvement is to put in another language the information (English or Spanish) only Portuguese is limiting. Very clean the place, good bathrooms, assemble the staff and nice souvenir shop. I suggest you buy tickets in Christ of Corcovado, they go for less than $100 real and are undated
Very well maintained. Good species diversity. Entertaining. Good alternative on rainy or cloudy days. Very close to other tourist attractions.
Excellent! Very well organized despite the number of people everything flowed. The place is amazing. Price may be a theme for large families, but if it can be paid it is worth it. Adema have several discounts.
Visiting the aquarium is a very cool experience and at every point employees give guidance on the animals. The giant aquarium, with the array, sharks and so many other fish species is something magical: it's fascinating (I, at least, spent quite a while contemplating that perfect "ballet" among all the animals). The only problem of the tour are the notionless people who keep taking photos with flash (which is forbidden) and who keep removing the mask from the face to take a selfie... :-/
The expectation was greater. The nicest attraction is the underground tunnel with a 360 degree view of the tank. It's the largest in South America in quantity of water, for sure. Usual marine animals were missing in aquariums. Many tanks with little diversity of fish. I've seen public aquariums with more diversity. High value for what it offers. Young children like it, but they like other things more considerate as well.
gracias por participar y difundir!
Cool for young children, but the walk is short, and there is not much variety of animals. I found a nice walk, but there could be more attractions.
The Aquarium is located where the Uber stops at the front door. Interesting to buy by the site in advance, scheduled already the time of entry. The value is high, around R$ 140.00 per Cover. There you will see a variety of fish, molluscs, planktons, sharks and etc. In each aquarium will have a kind of something and the explanation about it. Everything is well computerized and organized. There is a souvenir shop and snack shop. Also, there is the wax museum, which is pretty cool. But it's a separate entrance. You can buy it right there. During the visit to the wax museum, several photographers are available to visitors to take as many photos as they want. That is, in addition to taking your photos with your phone, you can also ask some of the professionals there to take better photos. At the end of the tour, you can see all the photos you took inside the wax museum, and choose which ones you want to take. For this, they have some packages, with different values. Remember that, the values are quite high, example R$ 70.00 for each photo taken, or some packages with different values. In addition, it is a beautiful place, which is worth going and take the family, especially children. It will be of great learning.
Estamos muito impressionados com sua avaliação educacional e construtiva. Muitos visitantes podem aprovar o passeio proposto. Não tente enviar este conselho valioso. Muito obrigado e tenha um ótimo ano!
The tour at AquaRio is very interesting, we know various types of fish, including sharks. But we expected more from the tour, due to the cost that is charged.
I bought tickets in advance on the internet. I used the ticket of those who have card santander, so it came out cheaper. We arrived at 10:00 and we could enjoy everything very calmly and with the corridors a little less crowded. Although, I was having some school walks in the day. But since there is no time to leave, let them pass and continue the peaceful walk. It is no use to go in a hurry, because the place is huge and it is a delight to enjoy each corner with attention. The tunnel is giant and with ctza the best attraction. It's hypnotic to follow all those beautiful fish. I took the tour with my husband and we loved it, but with ctza the kids have a lot of fun, so it's a trip for the whole family. I advise to reserve the day only to do the AquaRio in one turn and another attraction of the Boulervad in the other turn, otherwise it becomes very tired. On that day we did AquaRio in the morning, walking on the boulevard (wall of ethnicities) to the MAR, where I had lunch at Mauá restaurant that is on its roof and in the afternoon, visit the Museum of Tomorrow.
