This was more than I was extoecting Claudia was so fantastic at explaining and having fun and keeping us all engaged.
I loved going to the market. Even though it was hot, it was a great experience. Our guide was so nice and she’s so sweet. I love the chef. He has such a great and vibrant personality. Very knowledgeable. I learned a lot. I loved it! I would do it again and again.
Totally and completely worth it. We had a blast. Who else can say they cook authentic Spanish cuisine in an almost 500 year old building and that it could be so much fun.
Our Barcelona high light! Chef Alfredo was such a character and truely passionate about Spanish/ Catalan food, culture and cooking. He even had my Husband volunteering to cook! If you want a relaxing, yet easy way to learn about Barcelona and cooking we rate this experience sublime and deliciously entertaining. The best Brulee I have ever had! Don't tell Francois. Gracie xx
