Lovely canal cruise. Boarding was easy. Group size was good. Guide was knowledgeable and friendly. Length of tour was nice, it was very relaxing and enjoyable. My only issue was we paid for the drinks & snacks but sitting in the back of the boat and having no other staff other than captain, we found it difficult to enjoy the provisions provided without disturbing other guests.
This is our second cruise in our visit - and by far our favorite! Lon is fantastic!!! Great mix of humor and knowledge - providing so much history and knowledge of the city.

Our evening sunset cruise with Mar was one of the highlights of our time in Amsterdam. He was an excellent skipper—friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to answer questions without ever making the experience feel scripted. The stories and historical context he shared throughout the cruise added so much to what we were seeing. Booking the 9:30 p.m. departure turned out to be the perfect decision during the summer, as we enjoyed the canals in the beautiful late-evening light. There were only three guests on board, which made the whole experience feel relaxed, personal, and unhurried. If you’re visiting in the summer, I highly recommend the later time slot.
