Viator took the reservation, and the eBike rental facility was closed. But Viator still allowed us to book and when we arrived, there was no ability to rent bikes. We are requesting a refund, DO NOT BOOK THIS.
Loved riding the bikes around DC was a great way to see a lot of the monuments! The pick up was easy and quick! The seats on the bike however were not very comfortable so be prepared for a sore behind!
Fun and easy . We enjoyed how easy to get around and see everything. Would recommend it to all our friends
Best way to see Washington and the attractions. So easy to come around and you can stop where you want
After about an hour, the e-bike made a loud noise the rest of the time. It was in the brakes and very annoying. When I told the guy at the shop, he didn’t seem surprised and wasn’t very apologetic.
Wow these bikes were so nice!!! I could not imagine walking through the national mall so my friends and I decided to get e-bikes instead. They were so friendly at the shop and the e-bikes were really easy to use. They gave us recommendations of a route and we loved the ride. We saw many monuments and it was the highlight of our trip.
Easy reservation process; i called during pur trip and the assistance was helpfull and friendly. Unfortunate were the maps not available.
Staff was great. Bikes were alot of fun. Great views of historic monuments. Would and will definitely recommend to friends and family.
We had a good time riding in dc, but the e-bikes did not appear to be maintained. The e-bikes worked well on flat surfaces but were not helpful climbing up hills. The “chain” slipped when trying to climb hillls.
Fun time in DC! Seeing all the monuments and sites and riding along the Potomac was a blast. Having a coffee and then lunch. Perfect day!
