Todos nuestros barcos vienen equipados con toldos sombreados para una máxima comodidad. Nuestros grandes barcos cisne cuentan con un espacioso asiento trasero para aquellos que deseen dejar de pedalear y prefieran simplemente disfrutar de la vista. Puede traer comida y bebidas a bordo de los botes cisne para un picnic flotante (no se permite el alcohol).
Went with friends. The staff were decent. The swan boat had some lagoon water in it but was clean. It’s a labor-intensive ride so be prepared to work those legs because you’re pedaling for everyone in your party. It’s great to experience once.
The boat we rented did not function properly. We had to contact the booth several times requesting assistance and they told us to keep trying. Once we got the boat into open area it stopped working and would not go the direction we were trying to go. After such frustration and could not get back my daughter and I exited the boat and they had to come a retried the boat. That was something that I’ve always wanted to do and it was a complete disaster. We asked to change boats but the said keep trying. Request a refund please.
Excellent. At night with the lights was very beautiful. I would definitely do this experience again when I’m back in town
They give you 1 hour to be on a 10-minute ride, the place is too small to be in the boat for 1 hour

It Was A Fantastic Boat Ride Much Scenery Plenty of Space Cruise During An Hour And My Crew Saw Animals In The Water Roaming Their Habitat
Customer service: 4 out 10 but Julius was friendly and was able to start off on a good start. Swan Boat: 2 out of 10 not recommended for tall or long legs; seated low; we still tried it out. Overall, easy to book and enjoyed ourselves making the best of the experience even though we had to shorten our ride.
It was great it's been some years where my husband and I had him n me time only... No other people just us.. meaning people we knews.. it was relaxing, fun, nice scenery.
