Tickets are on the expensive side to get into the gardens but well worth it. We were there just for the special Van Gogh Starry Nights drone display this time which allowed late admission before the show. We were able to see the garden decorated with Sunflowers from Van Gogh's famous paintings. The 2 1/2 hours were actually just right for what we wanted to see, but we did miss the gift shop. The drone show was quite spectacular and the garden was crowded with families for this special event.
For those who like to visit parks, this one is a must. Very beautiful.
Of all the experiences NYC has to offer New York Botanical Garden is a must see ! Immerse yourself in nature's beauty. We will return again and again to enjoy this absolute wonder.
Simply gorgeous orchids. The Botanical Gardens shouldn't be missed! The colors and variety are not to be believed! Easy to get a tix thru Victor and getting to the show.
My best friend and I took a trip up to see the Annual Orchid Show and it was worth the trip up to the Bronx. The show was excellent and the gardens were so well maintained. The designs of the orchids were so creative and colorful that they stopped traffic with all the picture taking. There were so many of them and many different species that we had to stop and really look at them. After the Orchid Show, we took a tram ride around the park and got to visit the different sections of the gardens that still had not fully bloomed. I will have to come back in two weeks. There will be a lot more in bloom.
Beautiful garden. Had a great experience. The orchid exhibition was well with the visit! Highly recommended seeing while it’s still available!
We went in March, so there wasn’t a lot to see outside, but the orchid exhibit more than made up for it. It took us almost an hour to walk through and see all of the orchids and related plants in the various areas. The flowers were beautiful, the staff was friendly, and everything was nicely organized.
The Orchid Show at the New York Botanical Garden is truly an enchanting experience and an absolute must-visit before it ends in April. I’ve never seen such an incredible variety of orchids—an explosion of colors, shapes, and intricate designs that feels almost otherworldly. The exhibition spans multiple halls. The arrangements by Mr. Flower are simply breathtaking—artistic, immersive, and thoughtfully curated. Every turn offers a new visual delight. Plan to spend at least two hours to fully enjoy the show. Tip: Arrive early to secure parking and enjoy the exhibit before it gets crowded.
Beautiful garden that deserves a visit every season of the year. We went for the orchid exhibition and loved it!!
Such a beautiful art piece. A large greenhouse with multiple exhibits. Educational, and fun experience!
