- IMPORTANTE : Su reserva es definitiva. La normativa de la Alhambra, dictada por la Junta de Andalucía, prohíbe expresamente tanto las cancelaciones como los cambios de fecha, hora o nombre en los billetes reservados. Por lo tanto, no podemos atender solicitudes de esta naturaleza.

I made the booking on Viator and was notified that the booking status is Pending until the tour operator confirms it OR if the operator does not confirm the booking within 48 hours, the booking would be released and my money refunded (it was otherwise non-refundable). Unfortunately, I received no updates whatsoever even after the 48-hour window had lapsed, and I was not sure whether I should keep waiting or make an alternative arrangement – because in case the booking does go through, I would still be charged for it. I texted the operator but received no response whatsoever (until now). Finally, the operator declined it less than 6 hours before the experience, and it was already too late to make an alternative arrangement by then and my whole trip to Granada was screwed. I completely understand that the booking would not be confirmed until the operator confirms it. However, it is unfair to hold the customer's money beyond the 48-hour threshold if the operator cannot deliver the experience (or otherwise, they should only charge the customer ONCE the booking is confirmed). I warn everyone not to book this experience from this operator as it is highly unreliable and they are not responsive at all.
Dear visitor You only did a request of reservation that was declined and your money refund. You are losing your time writing all this review because normally the people who read know all this. Sometimes we have day off, and we don´t work to answer all this last minute request, that´s all. We don´t confirm you get your money back. UOOOO It is the end of the world
The guide was a no show despite being told by the information centre we were in the correct spot also a Canadian couple could not find the guide
Good afternoon, You wrote a review stating that the personal guide did not show up, THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT INCLUDE GUIDE the product includes an audio guide and we were sent instructions on how to pick it up, then tou didn´t read the information product neither the instructions. You were waiting because you didn´t read anything. Congratulations
The Alhambra blew our minds but the instructions on claiming the tickets were not clear. We should have been told by email the tickets would be sent in the App and to CHECK the App.

Very pleasant and quiet visit enjoying the Alhambra at your leisure. Highly recommended for people with difficulty keeping pace with a group.
The experience was good. We had all the tickets included. Although the audio guides are not very informative. You'd improve the audio guides.
Unfortunately had no good experience yesterday. We were at the meeting point at 3:30, the tour we had booked at 3 pm. The place turned out to be a parking lot, no one to be seen who looked like a guide. Asked around there, no one knew, staff got frustrated with my questions. Customer service of the tour operator not reachable and of viator via the whatsapp. By now fifteen minutes late for the tour .. not yet inside. 25 minutes after tour start I received the tickets by mail from viator, but now it was too late. Staff at the Alhambra were very difficult because we were late. Finally after much difficulty we entered, without the booked audio guide.
We are sorry to hear about your bad experience. If you had read your booking voucher, the photos of the meeting point and your tickets that you had in the Viator chat from the day before, surely nothing like what you are talking about would have happened. You did not have to wait for anyone, they were waiting for you at the Welcome visitor Center which is a building, not a parking lot. When you called and write in the chat inwhich one you had the tickets and all the information we wrote you immediately to remind you that they were waiting for them and we sent you again, for the second time their tickets and meeting point with the contact phone number. It is easy to give a bad opinion but you also have to be self-critical. You did not read anything, nor did you check their reservation or the Viator chat is having technicals problems that we don´t know, but is not our fault, we did everything correctly

Booked just under a day before and everything worked great! One should choose the first date in the summer.
The audio guide in French is very sketchy. On the other hand it was the only option to make the Nasrid Palace
