När det gäller upphämtningen kontaktade vi dig i förväg via WhatsApp och informerade om att upphämtningen skulle ske mellan **kl. 10.00 och 10.45**, vilket du bekräftade genom att svara **"That is OK."** Transporten genomfördes inom den överenskomna tidsramen. Vi vill också förtydliga att vårt turkiska bad inkluderar den traditionella skrubbningen som direkt följs av en skummassage. Eventuella extra behandlingar som erbjuds på anläggningen är helt frivilliga och ingår inte i vårt paket. Renlighet och våra gästers trivsel är mycket viktiga för oss. Vi har samarbetat med denna anläggning under många år och har välkomnat ett stort antal gäster utan att tidigare ha fått liknande synpunkter gällande hygien eller hur gäster bemöts. Alla gäster behandlas med samma omsorg, oavsett om de väljer några tilläggstjänster eller inte. Dessutom erbjuds samtliga gäster kostnadsfritt vatten under besöket. När det gäller behandlingens längd omfattar programmet cirka 20 minuters oljemassage och cirka 20 minuters skummassage, utöver bastu, ångbad och avkopplingsområden. Därför skulle det normalt inte vara möjligt att hela upplevelsen endast varade i 45 minuter. Vi uppskattar alltid ärlig feedback eftersom den hjälper oss att utveckla vår service. Samtidigt tycker vi att det är viktigt att ge en tydlig bild av den upplevelse vi erbjuder, så att framtida resenärer kan fatta ett välgrundat beslut.
