I’ve never been on an airboat and neither had my wife. We had friends in town and we were looking for something to do. This outing was listed on TripAdvisor as one of the top 10 things to do in Saint Augustine. The $80 per person we felt was slightly high but we also recognize for the tour operator that $$ doesn’t go as far as it used to to cover costs! Although there was some light rain, the positive was the temperature was very nice. The location was easy to find the parking lot was great and there’s a marina shop with a bathroom and well stocked with things you might need like sunblock, sunglasses and emergency ponchos :-) Our tour guide / captain was great and writing through nature on six Mile Creek was spectacular. We got to see birds turtle turtles, alligators manatees and even the remnants of a pirate shipwreck :-) The outing was about an hour and a half, and we passed by this amazing indoor outdoor restaurant called the outback crab shack. We ended up going there after the tour and it was a wonderful meal. The boat was not exactly fast like a speedboat… it’s a nature tour.
We had an amazing time even with light rain. Guide Jason and Scott was awesome, very knowledgeable and had a blast. Would recommend
We had a great boat ride with an outstanding tour guide. We would’ve liked to have seen some alligators, but that’s nature highly recommend.
I went on this airboat ride with my niece. We had a very good time and it was a very serene setting. We had Captain Becca who was the tour guide and piloted the airboat. I think Capt Becca made what would have been a nice tour and airboat ride into a very fun tour and ride. Her information was very interesting but she was funny too. We all laughed a lot during the tour. If you go, ask for Captain Becca’s Tour👍
This is an adventure Airboat ride. Lots and lots of history narrated by our Captain Justin. Wonderful. The headphones and music fantastic.
1 1/2 hour tour. Very informative and fun. Excellent captain
So fun to be on the river and see the wildlife, alligators, turtles and manatees!! The boat ride was exciting and we felt very safe. Our captain, Justin was very informative and we appreciated the headphones. We would definitely come again next year!
We had a great time. The guide was informative and personable.
It can be fun. But we saw very few animals and our guide didn’t really point them out. This was the second tour I’ve taken here the first one was really wonderful but this one was rather boring.
Work trip to Florida, a first-time visit for many in the group. This was the first thing we did and it was definitely worth it! Florida is about the ocean and the rivers and ponds, and this boat ride was great. The guide, Captain Becca, was skilled, knowledgeable, and funny. Would highly recommend.
