Reúnase con su guía en Aguas Calientes o en la estación de tren y viaje cómodamente a la entrada del santuario. Disfrute de una exploración guiada de 2,5 horas de Machu Picchu, aprendiendo sobre su historia, arquitectura y cultura inca mientras visita las áreas más emblemáticas. Itinerario
Reúnase con su guía en su hotel o en la estación de tren de Aguas Calientes. Realice un viaje de 30 minutos a Machu Picchu o encuéntrenos en la plaza principal de Machu Picchu.
Esta experiencia comienza con un viaje en autobús de 30 minutos a Machu Picchu. Al llegar a la entrada principal, presente su pasaporte original y pase por el control de seguridad. Luego, disfrute de una caminata de 20 minutos hasta la sección superior de Machu Picchu, donde su guía lo llevará al mirador perfecto.
Su guía dirigirá un recorrido de 2 horas, compartiendo la rica historia de la Ciudadela Perdida. Disfrute de vistas panorámicas, explore templos y terrazas de piedra y luego regrese a Aguas Calientes. Las reservas de última hora tienen disponibilidad limitada. Después de reservar, te confirmaremos qué circuitos y horarios siguen abiertos. Se recomienda reservar con 3 meses de antelación para acceder a las mejores rutas. Los viajeros solos pueden unirse a grupos de hasta 4 personas. Reservas de 2 o más personas obtienen un guía privado. Tenga en cuenta que es posible que obtenga una entrada para una franja horaria diferente según la disponibilidad. AVISO LEGAL: Las entradas online de Machu Picchu a menudo se agotan meses antes. La Oficina Cultural en Aguas Calientes libera un número limitado para la compra en persona solamente. Si reservaste con antelación y ya tienes un hotel en Machu Picchu (Aguas Calientes), envíanos los datos de tu tren o la información del hotel por WhatsApp. Importante : Si seleccionaste la opción “Last Minute Ticket”, es obligatorio llegar con cuatro días de anticipación. Debe llegar entre las 6 : 30 AM y las 7 : 00 AM para completar el proceso de inscripción y compra de boletos, asistido por nuestro personal.

I was sold a package for machu picchu that i was not able to use as they sold me an early visitor pass, bit the timing was too close for that. When i asked for a refund the same day, i was told this is not possible. It terrible as i made it very clear to the online agent when my arrival dates were and even confirmed a few time before payment that the tickets would be immediately available.... which they were not

We had an absolutely incredible experience with Willka Travel! From start to finish, their team went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. We weren’t sure if we’d even be able to get tickets in-person to Machu Picchu since we only new about our trip a few weeks ahead of time, but everyone at Willka was extremely responsive, kept us updated throughout the process, and managed to secure tickets for us right as we arrived in Aguas Calientes. They met us at the train station, guided us to the bus, and our guide met us at the entrance. Our guide, Ulises, was amazing—funny, knowledgeable, and full of great stories. He made the history of Machu Picchu come alive and also took tons of photos of us in different poses with the stunning views in the background. I can’t recommend Willka Travel enough if you want a seamless, stress-free, and truly memorable visit to Machu Picchu!

Perfect tour, from the view, as the schedule, the guide Katy explained very well, took very good photos, and gave us super important tips, and without rush. We love, highly recommend the tour and the guide.
The visit was well organised, while purchasing tickets, few days before they conacted us to provide more information and stay in touch, then when arrived in Aguas Calientes someone met us and provide all details for the next day visit.
