Fantastic experience with Mr Mobin Shah! He was very knowledgeable and explained the history of all the monuments in agra with great enthusiasm. He looked after us all and we managed to avoid all the harassment while on the busy streets of Agra! He also took us to the local factories where ceramic work and embroidery art was made in front of us. I definitely recommend him. His English is good too.

What was good: 1. The guide did keep a watch on us so we were okay. 2. It was easier to understand how to get to the entry with golf cart and other places. 3. He explained, the different gates, how we can see how many years took to build the Taj mahal, The gemstone work, and the tomb. 4. We wanted to take pictures and he waited for us in the end for us to finish. 5. He helped with paying cash to the golf cart as I didn't have and we could Gpay him instead. What needs improvement: 1. I had agreed to a price that was offered, I shouldn't have to know if that is not the original price and only discounted for us (we are not one special to be given discounts without asking) wasting a lot of the time in the beginning. Price related staff should be mentioned clearly before the deal is made. 2. Felt like he was running from one place to another to rush through the tour. We didn't get to see a lot when he said he was done, Take pictures etc. It is not cheap place to visit so people want to spend the time. But to cover the whole place we needed more time because of back and forth walking. 3. Understand the customer and offer service accordingly. It is understandable that some tourists need hand holding all the time. But we wanted our opinions to go through and not being insisted on everything. 4. It was not mentioned to us that we had to pay for the guides golf cart fee too. Not a big amount but came as a surprise.
