Agadir/Taghazout : Sunset Sandboarding Quad Bike & Moroccan Dinner

Absolutely unacceptable service from start to finish. I had confirmed with them in advance and I had been clearly assured that the tour was still on and that I would receive a message from the driver before 3:00 PM. I therefore organized my entire evening based on this confirmation. 3:00 PM passed — no message from the driver, no update, no explanation, nothing at all. I tried to contact them and I received absolutely no response. I was simply left waiting without knowing what was happening, and my entire evening was ruined because of their total lack of communication and professionalism. What made the experience even worse was the way I felt treated as a Moroccan customer. Based on my experience, foreign tourists seemed to receive much more attention and be treated as a priority, while I was ignored, without even being entitled to the minimum amount of communication. For a Moroccan service operating in Morocco, it is particularly disappointing and insulting. I cannot know their internal motivations, but the difference in treatment that I observed clearly gave me a feeling of discrimination. All customers should be treated with the same respect, regardless of their nationality or origin. This is one of the worst service experiences I have ever had: lack of reliability, lack of respect, total lack of response, and no respect for the customer's time. I will never book with them again and I strongly advise anyone against trusting them to organize an activity or an evening.
One in a lifetime trip! Guides were incredible and attentive, and food was amazing. Spectacular scenery.
Slightly chaotic but a very unique and enjoyable experience
Terrible experience, awful customer service and poor communication, not worth £100 I wish I went with a different provider maybe would of been more enjoyable - my mother also hurt herself walking through the dunes but the guide didn’t care and was walking off fast
We are a family of 6 and we had a great afternoon and evening making some core memories of our holiday. The experience was everything we wanted. It felt a little more authentic than some of the other tours we have done in the past where activities and the vibe feels somewhat manufactured. Yassin was our guide and he couldn’t have been more welcoming. I sat up front with him as the bus was busy and we had a nice little chat on the way and the way back even introducing me to a local band called “Oudaden” on the stereo. Yassin clearly cares about making the experience a genuine one whilst creating a chilled out vibe. Stopping for banana’s on the way was a nice little touch. The quad biking was very cool and although my wife was a little nervous having never done it before, once we got going it was a lot of fun. Ending this with the sunset Tangine which I later found out was clocked by Yassin’s Mother was yet another cool core memory for me and the kids. Catering for my vegetarian wife was another nice touch. Let’s not forget that the Sand surfing was a decent little element before the quad bikes which is quite a workout but great photo opportunities. In summary, just book this trip. I’m 50 and my ids range from 21-9 and we all found something that we absolutely loved. To underpin how much we liked it, we arrange d to go to Paradise Valley the following week.
This is a must do excursion!!! The hosts are fantastic, just all round good people, the dinner was with a genuinely breathtaking experience, cliff side with an amazing sunset. I’d love to do it again, would 100% recommend, I’m not a fan of spoilers so I won’t leave any photos, Just do it!
Yassir is an amazing guide. I couldn’t recommend it more for anyone visiting the area
Fantastic!!! Super experience. Everything went very well from the hotel pickup, through the activities, and the return. We did quads+Sand Board+ Dinner in the afternoon/evening. The sunset during the quad route was spectacular and the dinner, besides being good, was a beautiful experience. The guides were a 10. Totally recommended. If for financial reasons I had to give up something it would be the sandboarding, but definitely the quads+ dinner.
It was a very nice and varied activity. She showed us a side of Morocco that you don't usually see that often. The tour guides, and Yassin in particular, were very friendly and super nice. They provided us with a lot of fun.
It was an amazing experience with our guide, Yassin, and the driver. The sandboarding was incredibly fun, the quad biking tour was exciting, and the dinner under the stars was truly wonderful. An unforgettable experience!
